first time trying to get cut

i wanna do a ph cycle to get more lean mass and lose body fat at the same time

how should i start and maintain a ph cycle and get good results from doing soo like diet cardio lifting routine and anything else im missing

i dont want bitch tits either haha

im 6'0'' 220

wanna get to like 200 or 190 ish but with muscle
 
pulse for 6-8 weeks while cutting with cardio and diet.
run some arimidex on cycle to cut down gyno
id run tren, epi, havoc. one of those and do cardio. about 10x a week. and have a superset style lifting program. that would be my best bet.

The most important part of a cut (or a bulk for that matter) is diet. What are your diet plans?
