P-Slin / AP Morning Workouts

Quick question about P-Slin / AP timing with morning workouts. I wake up at 4:30AM and go to the gym at 5AM. I like to take a pre-WO NO product for some extra energy.

Is there any way to avoid waking up any earlier and benefit from P-Slin / AP?

What would the timing protocol be?

Should I use WMS?

This is known as the Fasted Training Protocol - Please be aware this is for killer losses of body-fat while gaining strength.

Wake (Empty Stomach) = 1 USPlabs Anabolic-Pump™, 2 USPlabs Recreate™, 3 USPlabs PowerFULL™

Post Training = 1 USPlabs P-Slin™ (Eat within 15 minutes)

15 minutes prior to Meal 2 1 USPlabs Anabolic-Pump™

30 minutes prior to Meal 3 1-2 USPlabs Recreate™

15 minutes prior to Meal 4 1 USPlabs Anabolic-Pump™

45 minutes prior to Bed 2 USPlabs PowerFULL™

Run BCAA during your training and consume 60-100g after using P-Slin (post training). At least 30-60g with each Anabolic-Pump dose.
