Im using NO-Shotgun right now and I love it. Amazing reduction in fatigue, tastes like diced abortion, protein addition is nice, good strength, great pumps.

Horrible price...
 
i've been switching it up between white flood and no shotgun as my pre workout drink.. only flavor of NO i don't care for is the black cherry..watermelon is great, and i hear grape bubble gum is good too..price isn't the best, but good amount of servings per/cont. white flood on the other hand is priced better and has excellent # of servings per/cont. for the $$...
 
I don't really hate on the price.. since I use it exclusivle pre workout I get about 1-1.5 months out of each container.. Yes it's more expensive than many other preworkout specific supps but this one has by far the best profile of any of them.. get your NO, Creatines, Beta Alaine, and protein products or just get this- saves me money in the long run I beleive (haven't calculated)

BTW It's the best preworkout I've ever used- but I havent tried the acclaimed Jack3d yet.
 
Im actually going to rescind my statement.

I hate it.

I always feel sick when I take it.

The flavor makes me feel sick even thinking about.

Its not at all worth the price.

Best... and cheapest... pre-wo concoction I've used:

5 grams NP Taurine
5 grams NP Creatine
3.5 grams NP AAKG
*Add caffeine tab, if desirable

Taste is barely noticeable, and non-existent if mixed with Powerade Zero.

And you know what, your absolutely right. I begin my first day of college in two weeks and Im done wasting money on premade preworkouts.
 
i am starting the no shotgun tomorrow before my workout, and i will post here my results for my first day and a few days later if so wanted. new to the supp, and not used to the taurine count, so this should be interesting.... hahaha

Doing this can be a great way to have a good old fasioned natural nutrition drink. God knows shotgun is just a tub full of chemicals. I will say that I also use AAKG though, because isolated arginine is too hard on digestion, and I like AAKG's time release better that AEE's rapid absorption.
