Hello I am just wondering if the Asteroid Stack is safe for a 17 year old? Sorry if this has been asked before but i have looked and couldnt find anything.

Im guessin this is mostly for legal reasons, but I can NOT speak for usp, and Im just takin a guess to try to help. I cant see how someone who is 17 years & 325days old is any different than someone who is 17 years and 364 days old about to turn 18, vs someone who is 18 years old.

Again, I DONT speak for usp, but Im pretty sure they will have to tell you to wait till your 18 and legal, but if you can find borobulker somewhere on here, Im sure he could set you up with a good diet to get you started until you hit the magic 18.

But for all I know you may be far ahead of where I was when I was 17, but I have the nagging sensation that in a few years, if you stick with your training, you might just realize that you are passing up a wonderful opportunity, and all it would have taken was a few PMs or emails back and forth to help really dial in your diet and possibly training. Good luck with whatever you do.
 
Thanks for the advice I sent Borobulker a pm earlier asking him about my diet and training but thinking about it the more I learn the bigger il get hopefully :P So could you give me a bit of advice then please? Im currently taking in about 2000-2500 calories with a 50/30/20 (carbs,protein,fat) split of macro's and training 6 days a week each bodypart twice a heavy day and light day. I weigh 170-175 (its fluctuating atm) at about 15% bodyfat on a 5ft7 frame (told by them fat calculators on the net and not calipers) and on a recomp. This is the first time i have been trying to get my diet on track. I am just wondering should i carry on with this or change?

Im far far from an expert, and dont claim to be one, but it seems like you have a pretty good handle on things overall, I guess my advice would be to increase the calories a bit, and to generalize a somewhat, without changing your percentages too much, try to up your protein intake, most people will say that at least 1 gm per lb of lean body weight. The only other things I can offer is to recommend you focus on compound movements, things like squats, deadlifts, bench press, shoulder press, pullups(not downs) and barbell curls more so than focusing on isolation type exercises. Again, Im no expert, but thats pretty much all I can offer you, give boro a chance and see what he comes up with for you.
 
Iv been doing a lot of compound movements I think its because i want a **** load more mass before i start concentrating on detail and making sure everything is equal. I have been trying to have more than 200g of protein lately and keep that as a baseline. I am also on creapure and beta alanine but I havent noticed anything yet and I have been on them about 2-3 weeks. Is this normal or am I resistant to them?
