Question About SX

So today is my 3rd day on SX at one cap a day, about 9 in the morning. Sunday had good energy and appetite suppresion all day. Yesterday close the same, but not as much as the first day. Today, about 6 hours after taking it, I just all of a sudden had no energy, just sort of got really sleepy all at once. Since Sunday, I have gone from 191 to 186, which I am sure is obviously water weight. My muscles look much flatter, not as full, so obviously the muscle bellies are not full, plus I am not eating carbs.

My question is how many days should you take SX before giving a few days off to keep from the adrenal glands getting shot or building up a tolerance? 3 or 4 on then 2 off? Just dont want to develop a tolerance, because I think right now 2 caps a day would be too much.

Also, does SX act as a diuretic, depleting water and glycogen? 5 pounds in 3 days is pretty quick, but then again I was taking creatine and I cut that out as well as many carbs.

Thanks for the feedback.

Another thing, because of SX I probably have only been eating 1200 calories or so a day for three days. Just not hungry. The only other supplement I am taking with it is ZMK.

some good questions...everyone is different in how they respond, and their tolerance to stims. i have tried various dosing patterns- #number of caps, time taken/empty stomach vs. full stomach, to see what will work best for me. for the most part, one cap a day on an empty stomach first thing in the am, (for me thats around 8:30-9am cause i work nights) does the trick. on occasion, i'll take 2 caps, that's usually when i know its time to take a few days off.. and even though the energy may dip after 5-6 hours, the fat burning effects and appetite supp. are still there..i will usaully go 7-10 days on SX, then take 3-4 days off.. SX will dehydrate you if you aren't consuming enough water, def. up your water buy at least a half gallon a day. the main thing here is everyone is different. what works for me may vary from one person to the next, what does remain constant is SX will do what it says, will do it safely, when taken properly. try some different dosing methods, if you feel you need to bump up to 2 caps, do it the first time on a full stomach to slow the absorbtion down a bit..i'm sure some other AX reps. will add their .02 cents-

I am used to doing a lot of cardio, I am not sure how much to do with the lower calories and SX increasing metabolic rate. Maybe less is more? I can usually work out hardcore, little rest for 35 minutes or so and still go do 35 mins of HIIT. That is probably way too much, but thats what I have been doing.

You've mentioned your weight in this section I've quoted. In a later post, you've mentioned a dietary intake of 1200 Calories per day for the past few days.

This is likely what's causing the lacking energy. You're not eating nearly enough food for your size and activity level, and it's gotten to the point that SX is no longer able to mask it.

Ya gotta remember to eat, buddy. Perhaps increase your "refeed" frequency. If SX interferes too much with appetite, try skipping your dosages on refeed days - should allow for a better SX experience as well as more "mileage" from your SX bottle. As I'm sure you understand, stimulants work through adrenaline metabolism, which adrenaline's energizing abilities work by converting glycogen into glucose and burning it for energy. If you've lost 5lbs in 3 days and your muscles are looking flat, that's a good sign that your glycogen levels have crapped out - and now adrenaline isn't really going to give you much energy.

There's really no set scheme of things for this.

Generally, I go 5 days on, and take the weekends off, which seems to keep my tolerance right about where I want it.

There are some diuretic properties of SX. The most common side effect is drymouth.

Very informative, thanks man.

But, its not easy to eat when you're not hungry. Lol.

Throw a few protein drinks in the mix through the day. It helps when you just can't bring yourself to eat something.

Absolutely. A small, somewhat dense meal will help out a lot. You still need those calories to maintain muscle mass and body functions.

I took for 5 days, this is my 3rd day off. I have felt "cracked out" since stopping it on Friday, with anxiety and lethargy and lack of focus.

I felt great for the first few days I was taking it, mental focus was great, appetite was suppressed, etc. I started noticing the effects were only lasting until about early afternoon so I figured I would quit taking for a few days. I took one Thursday morning and havent taken once since then, today being Sunday. I dont know if its withdrawals or what, but I have absolutely felt terrible.

My question is, what would cause this that is in SX? Also, how long does it stay in your system, basically I am asking how long until it gets out completely so this mess will pass. Thanks.

Will a shorter period really help though? What is the benefit of taking a supplement if you can only take it 3 or 4 days in a row before needing 3 off?

And how long does it stay in the system, 3-4 days? I have read other user reviews that said they developed similar side effects and it took them 3 or more days to feel normal.

I'm not sure how long it stays in your system, but will try to find an answer for you shortly.

Some people are really sensitive to SX and some end up dosing too much too fast. It's all about how each individual reacts to it. Other instances were lack of energy are involved is because of depleted glycogens stores as of a direct result of not eating enough while on SX.

I was thinking either 3-on /1-off or every other day.

As for benefits, why does this need to be a continuous process? It can't be a continuous process - that would suggest against cycling, which this product needs to be cycled.

There's really only two options with this. You can try shortening the time between breaks so that you don't experience withdrawals or you can just take it every day all the way through and deal with everything once the cycle is over.

Time it takes to feel normal and time it takes for the product to exit your system are two different things. What's happening is your body is getting used to the SX dosage and starts slacking off on production of various neurochemicals. This 3+ day period is not due to the compound staying in your system, but rather the withdrawal period, when the body starts to re-upregulate itself.

So how long can it take for the body to upregulate itself and produce the neuro chemicals that it quits producing because of SX?

This drug seems like more than just a fat loss product, to be honest. It seems to act as a quit acting mood enhancer/mild SSRI.

Does SX have the same effect on neurochemicals that a steroid would have on testosterone production, in that it suppresses it and then when you come off your body has to readjust to going back to producing these naturally?

Similar idea, yes.
