Workout advice while on Epi Cycle

I've got my Epi and Nolva on the way and am excited to start my cycle. The only PH i've ever taken was Andro back in '97.

I'm going to do a 6 week cycle and am thinking of running 20/30/30/40/40/40 (unless anyone has some better advice.) I just want to put on as much mass as possible during the cycle. I'm going to try to eat and train like an animal for all six weeks.

I'm in the process of tailoring a six week workout for my cycle. I'm thinking of running one week of lower reps heavy weight (3 sets of 6 reps) for each exercise for each muscle group and one week of higher reps (4 sets of 12 reps.) I would then alternate back and forth for the six week cycle. The concept is one that I took from a M&F workout a couple of years ago. I like the workout and do include it in my routine two or three times a year.

Should I run with this or should I just stick with 4-5 sets within the 8 rep range for each exercise for each muscle group?

i think what youll find with epi , is that it will give you strength.it did me in week 2at20 mg per day.i didnt alter my routine but if i found i was capable of doing 8 to 10 reps for example at a higher weight, then i d do it, Other than that everything remained the same.

Epi should just be a "tool" to enhance your capabilities in terms of strength from which should follow more muscle and from that add some muscle mass. But also bear in mind that diet and rest also play an important part.

Also dont let things get too complicated.

Good luck

Um, that didn't really help. Diet and rest are important? Hmmm, I never knew that.:18:

I'm expecting that my strength will increase regardless of sets/reps. Like right now on my chest (4x12) days, I'll rep 160 for 4 sets of 12 w/ 1-2 mins in between sets. I'm expecting it to go up while on epi (at least I'm hoping.) On my chest (3x6, 1x25) days, I'll do 195 for 6 reps with only 1 minute inbetween sets. I'm expecting this to go up as well.

My question is, for the purpose of putting on mass while on the epi, should I stick w/ this alternating routine or just stick to an 8 rep program for the entire six weeks.

I would think it would be best to mix the rep ranges up. I would venture to say even higher than 12 reps at times,.. as there is alot to high reps as they increase GH.

Is that genuine or are you being facetious

Unless someone has done exactly the same whilest on epi , its all hypothetical as to how you will perform -just go for it

i PULSED EPI with great strenghth gains. I like to include both fast and slow twich muscles in every workout. Therefore I use the pyramiding method warming up with high reps while adding more weight till I get to lower reps such as 2-3 reps because of failure. Sometimes in the end, I go for the burn depending how I feel with lighter weight and higher reps in the 15-25 rep range.

As for 8 reps for mass...I guess you have to know your own body. I normally do Like Ronnie Coleman and do 12 reps for standard sets and starts failing at 10 or below.
