Out of the cast, Into the gym

yeah man, i went pretty heavy too (for me anyways). my back is killing me!!!! i'm gonna call you today, sorry for not getting it a day or two ago.

oh, and you spelled "dood" wrong. haha

I love back DOMS. You did have a marathon of a workout, I'm going to assume you were hungry the next day (from the glycogen depletion). Nice work.
 
Holy crap dood, i wanted to eat like a horse!!! But, i stuck with my diet, but added an extra scoop of protein to one of my shakes to make up for the hunger. I'm hurting very good right now!
 
did shoulders this afternoon. felt pretty good in the gym, until i popped my shoulder out of socket. i felt good again when it popped back in though. haha! here's how it all went down

shoulder press(jerk) w/ levered squat machine 150x10, 220x6, 220x6, 200x6
DB Press 45x8, 55x8, 60x6 and 1/2 (this is when my shoulder popped)
Bent Over Lateral Raises 20x8(x3)
Front DB Lat Raises 25x8, 30x8, 30x8
Plate Lat Raises 35x8, 35x8, 45x8
High Chin Rows 60x10(x3)
Shruggs w/ slow Neg 185x8(x3)
DB Shruggs with 2 sec pause 65x8, 80x6, 100x4

Once again, i felt like Bringing The Violence upon myself. So i did. I don't really feel the WF like I did before, but i am definitely not getting tired in the gym at all.

Time to Enjoy some back, leg, and shoulder DOMS, and Tosh.0.

If anyone knows what ZRock is, let me know. That show is awesome!
 
in other news, my buddy wrecked his beautiful 2009 GT Mustang this evening. i just spent the last hour pulling panels off of it for him so that he could drive it to the body shop tomorrow. I'm hoping it is totaled, then he will get a 2010! And i'll probably get to drive it.
 
Alright, i have to admit a rookie mistake. I thought that my fat burner already had caffeine in it, but I was wrong. I picked up some Stacker II last night to make up for the loss of the caffeine until i see how the E911 hits me.

I feel totally different now than when it was just an "EY" stack! Now it is an ECY! I took everything about 30 minutes before i ate. Had two egg whites, one whole egg, 12 oz FF milk, and about 5 oz lean Ham steak for breakfast, could hardly finish it, and within 15 minutes i was starving!!!

I sure am glad that i realized i was wrong!
 
word. I noticed on the Directions for use it says take up to Three a day for energy support. Could that double as my Fat Burner and take the place of my entire ECY stack???

BTW, Chuck over at LG HOOKED ME UP!!!!! He sent me a couple sweet shirts free of charge as in no shipping and no extra couple bucks for the bigger size. Little things like that make my day!. I'm really digging LG's slogan, "We give you every advantage, The rest is up to you!"

Yes, E-911 would work in place of ECY. It serves the same purpose/function. Add in some Raspberry Ketones if you want for a killer stack. Invalid Link Removed - The benefit of these is that it's non-stimulatory, so you can take it at night before bed.

Great info, i have actually been eyeing the ketones on nutraplanet for a while now, but wasn't sure how they would stack up with everything else. Glad to hear that i can have something before bed!

I haven't received the e911 yet, but i'm sure it's on my way. i'm learning patience these days.

Ketones and TTA (Tetradecylthioacetic Acid) stack up well. E911 plus the two non-stim fat burners, Ketones & TTA would be muy bueno.


I would suggested something like e911 over ECY anyway. I'm sure this is different for everybody, but ephedrine burns my adrenal receptors out too quickly and after two weeks of consistent Ephed ingestion, I get MAJOR adrenal fatigue and I practically need to dose the ECA just to function and not fall asleep at work and during school. Again, this varies from person to person. ECA is my bar-none, favorite stim, because I love the intensity, but I crash too hard and too quickly on Tha Phed.
 
Dang man, maybe that's what's wrong with me these days. I told myself I was going to take a week off of ECG, and I'm freaking burnt all the time. Eyes are constantly watering. I'm always tired. Blaaaaa.
 
Word up! Yeah i haven't taken my ECY stack today and i still have really good energy. My appetite is down quite a bit, so I have backed off a little on the portion side of the whole foods, but i'm supplementing some protein in place. My neck was really sore this morning but i think it's because i wrestled some dood at work. He got me in a choke off the bat, but i quickly reversed and got a full mount on him, then sat on his chest and pinned his arms down with my legs and then started tapping his forehead for about 3 minutes straight. he realized who the champion really was and gave up after a monumental struggle. haha

I did legs today. It seriously humbled me. Soreness set in by my third set of squats. I didn't go very heavy seeing as it was my first time squatting in about eight months. I warmed up with 135x8, then went up to 225x8x4x3x3. i wasn't very happy about that but i was about an inch away from ATG on every rep so i tired out very quickly.

I then hooked up some standard deadlifts really focusing on lifting the weight with my legs. 225x8, 325x8x6x4. I tried to do some DB lunges but i kept stumbling because of the leg soreness so i only squeezed out a set of 45'sx10. Finished off with some rev leg curls with two sets of 125x10.

I was really excited going into the gym, but left very sore and very dissapointed.

I'm going to see the Harry Potter movie tonight with one of my good buddies from work. It will be really nice to hang out with someone for a change who doesn't just want to go to bars. These odd shifts leave me sitting at home on my days off just playing Call of Duty and reading, and of course some AM.
