Best quality/quanity of these supps?

So if you have any better ideas let me know so I can buy it next time i buy.
n.o explode before workout muscle tech creatine after workout, muscletech whey protein 2 times a day as meal 2 and 4...
Should i order these supps or buy at gnc?
should i take these brands or different ones?
should i take a multi vitamin?
any particular protein bar i should take?
 
Multi - of course. Mega C and mega-Bs essential.

I use a wierd powder (tastes awful) but its heaps of androgens. If I combine with liver I'm covered for B-vits.

Standard multi Orange Triad or Animal Pak. Pak is a bit pricy but you get what you pay for in supps. Triad has a big following. ADAM more economically - I dunno about the quality.

Mega-C does lots of stuff its not worth not taking. Mega-Bs are a theory but a pretty good one.
 
Muscletech Schmuscletech. I hate Muscletech with a passion. N.O. explode is much less effective than a lot of the other products out there.

I recommend this:

NutraPlanet is really reliable, fast, cheap, and has really good customer service in my experience over the past year.

It doesn't tell how many servings :(
 
Definitely order everything, you'll save a ton of cash. Definitely need a multi v and Orange Triad has my vote. Personally I would ditch BSN and Muscle Tech. There are many other companies out there with better supps. Don't forget your EFAs.

Hope that helps. I used this stack earlier in the year and really liked it. But there are a lot of other products out there that are really good as well.

Edit: Just saw there's only 4 left of that stack on NP in you want it.
