Deca/Enanthate Cycle

I know it's a little late, but I began a cycle at the end of May. The cycle consists of:
Week 1-10 300 mg Nandrolone Decanoate (Deca)
Week 1-12 350 mg Test Enanthate

Week 5 started last Wednesday.
This is my first Deca cycle and the increase in intensity is HUGE.
I noticed a small gain in strength week 2 or 3, (bench/deads up maybe 10%), but the real difference is in the number of reps I can achieve. Where I would do 3-4 sets while not "on", I find myself pushing for 6 or seven sets, and sometimes losing track of how many reps in a set. I'll go for 10, and push 5 more, and push 5 more until I absolutely can't lift anymore (some credit should be given to my angry-screaming-push-me-one-more workout partner, who is also on).
In the middle of week 3, I noticed a circular lump under my right nipple. It felt like a small condom in the wrapper, and was sensitive. I immediately began nolva @ 20 mg/day, and the lump went away in about a week. Just to be sure it's gone, I'm taking nolva for a couple more days.

Deca with test is AWESOME and if the gains keep coming, I'll easily be the Hulk by august.

Letrozole normally is the emergency cure for gyno. Hard to find but the best to use.

Deca is a good one along with test. Simple and effective.

Be careful with the over training and damage to your joints. It can happen before you know it.

^^good posting

you mentioned you are logging this cycle somewhere on AM - is this the log? I want to see how your cycle turns out. Good luck bro.

So today is the final day of week 5. My old workout partner whom I haven't seen since the beggining of cycle saw me today. He said
"holy crap dude, what are you taking?"
I guess I noticed that my pants were fitting a little looser and the muscle fibers and veins in my shoulders are more prominent, but I think it just sat in that the results are pretty awesome at the moment.
The thing that seems strange to me is the fact that I have lost ten pounds since start of cycle.
My diet today was as follows:
7:00 8 oz oatmeal
8:00 8 oz ground beef, 2 eggs, two pc. multi grain toast
10:30 8-10 oz chicken breast, 4 oz cottage cheese
12:00 low-carb yogurt.
2:00 6 oz turkey sand, cup of mixed fruit, 8 oz brown rice.
2:30-4 gym ( Maybe 1 total hour of cardio spread throughout the week)
4:20 chicken salad wrap on whole wheat tortilla.
Tonight I'll have a big piece of salmon, salad, and more brown rice for dinner.
Then a protein shake before bed and I'm snacking on almonds right now.
Why did I lose so much weight?
Not enough cals? ( it's roughly 3500-4000 daily)

Max Deads, Flat Bench,& Squats all 275...thats fkin weak

It takes more power to move the weight farther. For example, at 5'9" one would have the arm travel of just enough to move the barbell on a bench-press to it's racked position ( bout a foot and a half of travel). Someone of a 6' 5" stature on the other hand, almost presses the weight up and over the entire rack(bout 2 feet of travel). And Squats, seriously,195 5'9"? You probably look a little like a keg.

You got it. Not enough cals. More whole eggs, add some EVOO, protein shake should be mixed with whole milk and 2x/day. Cottage cheese should have oats, honey, and berries mixed in with it. Turkey sandwhich needs 12 oz., not 6oz. Didn't add up you cals but based on what you said looks to me like you're on the low end of 3500-4000 cals. Squeeze the most size out of this deca/test cycle bro - up the cals to 4500-5000 for next week and see if you're still losing. Eat until youre sick. You could also adjust your macros to get more carbs in.

I mean everyone's goals are different but if you're looking for size from this cycle then max out on it and 6-8 weeks after you are off cycle you can lean up. I was almost 15% bf at the end of my last bulk cycle in March. I was on maintenance diet for April and May so I wouldn't lose gains (got married in May which was not the right time to start a diet) and started cutting 4 weeks ago. I'm 10% as of 10 days ago and plan to drop to 7% by mid September.

My point is - in my opinion - when you are bulking then bulk and when you are cutting then cut. Don't half ass it all the time. When I see wet gains I want to start cutting to rid the fat but I fight the urge. And cutting right now I see the loss in my shoulders and biceps and want to up the cals and drop the HIIT. But I'm committed to 12 more weeks of cutting and I'm going to stick to it before bulking again, you know?

EDIT - just realized you are 6'5" and 220. I would ultimately aim to increase your calories to ~6000 while on cycle. Increase slowly (500-750 cals/week) but get there eventually. Probably should've worked on the increase 2-4 weeks before starting cycle but do it now and maintain that level will 2 weeks after the end of PCT, then decrease calories by 250-500/week till you get back to 3000 or 2500. Do your cut at this level no less than 2 months from the end of PCT.

ill give you bench, but deads and squats. get real. im sitting at about 11% bf right now.

You're right, I'm a big vadge in the gym. Usually I only use the spongy pink weights and resistance bands when I'm really motivated.
