I have read a lot of information on seperating your preworkout powerfull from any sort of insulin induced carb spike (any carb meal).
The situation, is obviously that I take waxy maize 10 minutes before w/o, during, and after w/o.
I'm also running p-slin at the moment. Would a protocol like this work...

15 minutes later large bowl of oats
1 hour after oats 3 caps powerfull
45 minutes after powerful A-Pump
15 minutes (1 hour after powerfull) waxy maize and pre-workout goodies
This way I am seperating powerfull by 1 hour on carbs on each side. What do you guys think? Or... if any reps (or anyone) have a better idea, please fill me in.
