Resveratrol bioavailibility, bad or maybe not?

There are MD's that specialize in this chelation therapy, one of the foremost in located in a small ohio town. Its alternative medicine but if the person is an MD it might be worth a try. IP6 doesnt seem to agree with me, its a part of a popular RSV product that I quit taking, the straight emulsified RSV seems to be better for my system. JMO

Ah you took longevinex then ;) That looks so incredibly underdosed to me.. Did you notice taking that?

There was something in it that didnt agree with my system, I was alternating days with that and the Tween 80, after I dropped it the sides vanished, I still take one on occassion just to use the box up. There really seems to be a world of difference between the 2. I think the T80 is probably the most bioavailable pre-made oral product around right now.

Yeah I think I'll try the Tween 80 when I run out of my bulk resv, or whatever is hot by then ;) I think revgenetics was working on something new aswell.

.I think its a formula for women. A board sponsor is working on a compounded RSV product that sounds promising but it sounds like its not going to be soon.

I've mixed some resveratrol and vitamin C into a coconut oil based facial cream and started applying that yesterday on my face and (graying) temples. Will see if it has an effect on either ;)

I think that should work, even a low purity, high emodin type RSV, it would take a few weeks to see any real benefit. If someone had some of the old RSV layin around they could put it to better use than an occasional aid for constipation. Emodin itself may be good for skin. JMO
