What is the best otc PCT after finishing a cycle of Cyclo Bolan (Superdrol/H-Drol)?

I just bought Cyclo Bolan and so far I am pretty impressed. It has been only two days of me taking it and I defitenetly feel it!! My workouts are more hard core and intense. And my strength is increasing quite a bit. But now I need to get a little more info on the pct when Im done with teh cycle. I plan on takind some tribullus along with Sustain alpha is this good enough or do I need a serm or something like Nolvadex? Any help would greatly be appreaciated.
 
Superdrol is very harsh for most peeps. A SERM should always be on hand for any cycle. I've personally never used super, but have used hdrol, epi, and TO. Reversitol, and a test booster is all I used, with good results. I probably would use a SERM with super, as it is well known to shutdown people hard. Hope this helps.
 
I ran the cyclo bolan for 4 weeks and used Primordials Test Recovery Stack and I recoverd fine. gained about 16 pouinds and maintained 13-12 of it. It says you can run it for 8 weeks but I didnt want to run sdrol that long even though its a diffrent delivery with the tablets disolving in the mouth.
 
Not using a SERM is a very risky chance you would be taking. I would use a SERM with a OTC product. Post Cycle Support used with Nolva would work well. I am not suggesting you can do a OTC PCT but here is some info.

i know i am not very informed.. you dont have to be a fuking d1ck about it. i am just starting to learn about PH's.. Kinda thought these forums were places where one could seek help and information...

Dude how old are you? Weighing 145 and problably being only 16 or 17 yo. you should study on dieting stradegies. Rather than jump the gun and do phs.
 
im 19 and have been lifting for about 5 years now... i lost a lot of weight last semester but im slowly gaining it back. i kinda have a small frame which is why im trying to be cautious.
 
what is a superdrol shut down? and what exactly is a SERM and where can you find it?

Shut down is when your body stops producing testosterone natually due to a steriod cycle. A SERM is a female breast cancer drug used to help body builders after a cycle.

SERM= Selective estrogen Receptor Molocule.

Stating that you have been lifting for five years and weighing only 145 obiously means your doing something wrong. Hows your diet and training regimen?

Focus on the basics man. Get your weight back up naturally as much as possible with a solid diet, hard lifting, and consistency. You have your whole adult life to cycle, it's not something you wanna jump into prematurely. But by all means learn.

Also, this is a great forum but you gotta have thick skin around here. Noobs get a hard time sometimes but only because we like to see ppl do research and have solid workout routines, diets, and a good foundation of natural bodybuilding before jumping into AAS. Only looking out for your best interests, don't take it personally.

Ok, off my soapbox. OP, I highly recommend a SERM for PCT for this kinda cycle. SD alone requires a SERM in my opinion. It made my nips flare up, luckily the Nolva managed it.

I agree w/ Pembroke, run a SERM (or at least have one on hand) along w/ some OTC products like a test booster, cortisol blocker, or an all-in-one product like Post Cycle Support or PCT Assist. A SERM plus sustain alpha and trib like you originally planned would work great as well.

sorry for the ignorance.. i did some actual research today, talked to some poeple at infinite labs and i know how superdrol works and how the dude who sold me CB was lying. makes sense that u need nolvadex after using that stuff to prevent estrogen levels from rising and i think im probably going to lay off it for a few years..(sidenote: can i just stop taking them after ive been doing them few days or do i have to now start a pct?)

anyway as far as my regimen goes i keep a pretty healthy diet.. mostly protein fruits and vegastables.. usually some carbs after a workout. i dont keep track of what i eat.

recently i started doing P90x but before that i was going to the gym avg of 3-4 times a week rotating and stacking legs, arms, schoulder, chest, and back.. various workouts with each. again i dont keep track really but i know my bench is 185.

last semester i didnt go to the gym at all cuz i was pledging and had a shitton of school work. in the past two months ive been going to the gym everyday... in addition to p90x

im about 5'5
