PowerBars???

they alll have too much fat in em? like those Meal replacement metrx ones have like 65% of ur daily value of saturated fats..

u can eat like a king size snickers and drink a whey shake and its about the same.

I'd take a look at the ingredients, see if you could get it better by making it yourself. I just ate a bunch of Power Bar "gummi" things (free) marketed with some "super carb" catchy phrase, which were basically glucose/dextrose as the sweetener. Cheaper and more effective just to get bulk dextrose and drink that with something.
