Ya thats what i was thinking as well, after the fact...... ARG! Thats what i think ill do is switch out things, and add in either steak, eggs or chicken, and stick with Rice, Oats, PB and Taters with em and just make it a soild meal plan through the day......... Thanks Brotha!

I am dreading how many calories I am gonna need to consume come 6 months from now when I am bulking. I am quite a bit heavier this time around, and I am only gonna have to eat MORE to keep growing. Remember, if you want to be 170lbs, you have to eat enough at 160lbs to feed a 170lbs person. When you want to grow, always eat past the point of satisfaction. Food coma all the way. Pay the cost to be the boss teg!

Its not really that i think im eatting enough(i wanna eat more), but its that i FEEL like im eatting enough. My gut says HALP! :lol:

But ya you guys are exactly right! Im eatting like a mad man tho much more then ive ever eattin! In this last week+ i have jumped huge in cals for sure! But cant seem to nail out higher weight. So starting this eve/nite ill focus more on 6full meals instead and see what happens..... Ill post up tomarrow what im eatting and see what you all think. Cause right now, im pounding down the food, just dont seem to be enough. Then again.............

1-Andro gives you a lot of leverage. Who cares about 2 or 3% BF when you pack on 15 to 20 overall... (aggressive, I know)...

Ya ive made sure of that! The GI has been real good as far as pain wise since i started, its just the narrowing of the intestine thats killin me right now. Owell 17yrs of scar tissue build up and it takes a toll! Tho i heard through the grape vein Colon trantplants are up to 80% success and small intestines are up to 50% :)

On another note... Sleep was ish last nite, slept a lil bit this morn and tryin to shove down the food.... So far 3eggs, 1/2cup oats, 2.5 pieces bacon, whey shake, 2tbls pb, string cheese. In a moment ill throw down some chicken and brown rice.... Im feeling super tired tho and goin to try and get some sleep before gym...............

Are you setting the bar down, and taking the tension off your lower back / shoulders? If so, you're being a wuss and you should stop it... other than that you're still doing the same movement.
