I would like to. Are you? I miss it badly now :(

yes, Im just starting week three. Im taking 6 pills a day right now(the 600mg ones).I LOVE it so far. My strength is going up even while dieting which is always a plus. Im also stacking it with powerfull and my recovery is inbelivable not only between workouts but between sets too! The only thing that is worrying me a little is if taking it now while im trying to diet for a show is that the scale might not move in the down direction.

DO you think that you are going to add it in?
 
I'm sure I will add it in to my regimen soon :)

Today was my first diet day. My cals were a little under 2,000, carbs around 175, protein a little under 200 and fat 55grams. Weight 139.8lbs and trained chest and back. My Mondays are nuts sometimes. I trained this afternoon and felt a little tired which is unusual for me. I may need more food LOL. This is the week to figure it all out so that's why I start ahead. I'm missing my sugar free coffemate, coffee just isn't the same without it.

On to the workout. . . My training partner showed up unexpectedly and I was so glad he did! We alternated between a chest exercise and a back exercise. I did my best but the fuel was not there like I am use to. Tomorrow is another day. I still managed to give my all.

Flat DB presses, bb rows, incline hs press, hs rows, free motion fly machine, close lat pulldowns, and flat bench press. Rope abs, planks and twist. That wrapped it up and then it was back to the grind.

I hope to get in bed early tonight so I can stay focused!
 
I ZAPPED my QUADS today. I took 3 caps of the "NEW"/Stronger Core Zap. I'm trying to save the 4 caps until when I really need them so I can feel a difference.

My weight this morning was 136.2 so I'm making adjustments to my diet. This week is my gauging part of the diet and then it's on like donkey kong

Great pump in the quads. . gonna be sore. Hack squats, leg press (worked up pretty heavy, 7 plates on each side deep felt easy), walking db lunges (worked up to 75lbs in each hand, yeah buddy), leg extensions, seated calves, leg press calves, inner thigh, leg raises. Feeling great and full speed ahead back to the grind to train more clients.

I will add more supps this week to my stack bulyah

Energy levels pretty good today :D I've been getting my water in, but going to the bathroom like crazy LOL. . .every 40 minutes it seems :shock: I was able to get in bed earlier and sleep a little longer this morning, that's always good!!!

I blasted shoulders, bis, and tris today! My legs were sore last night and a little today.

I jumped in the steam room and stretched, nice way to unwind and relax :-) sigh

Wednesday I hit shoulders and arms. Really good workout :)
seated db presses, incline db bicep curls, close grip smith presses, seated lat raise machine,bent over lat raises,bb curls, rope pushdowns,standing bb front raises,new tricep machine,straight bar cable curls, abs.

Thursday was my cardio day!

Friday was OFF. I felt great walking into the gym. I did 1 exercise for my back and then went on to do another exercise for chest and I suddenly had stomach pains. . .I was hoping they would go away and I could continue to workout but it DIDN"T happen. My stomach ws aching so bad I had to bend over and it hurt to stand or look up. After 30minutes of working out I left the gym and walked through my front door and laid on my back :shock: I think what happened is that I ate some bad walden farms with my oats for my preworkout meal. I threw all of my walden farms out :mrgreen: I thought I might should do cardio but I just dropped it and decided I would just listen to my body and crush legs on Saturday.

Saturday, leg day with a focus on my hams and glutes. I popped 3 "NEW" Zap and had a sweaty workout. Saturday I also had a high carb day. I woke later than usual so I had to cram all my food in. I'm enjoying my HIGH carb day now because I know those carbs will fade away :).

BB Deads, laying curls, plie squats, seated curls, bridge extensions, outer thigh, calves, hypers.

I weighed in at 136.2lbs this morning. . . I think I've found my baseline :D yippie.

I'm missing my sugar free coffeemate with my coffee. It's just not the same. I've been guzzling my water and going to the bathroom all the time, every 35 minutes it seems :-0

The more I drink the more I want to drink, water that is :)

Today was cardio day only. I had a busy morning of clients and managed to squeeze in 50 minutes of incline cardio before lunch. I popped 2 recreate, 3 powerful, and sipped on my Lemonade Core ABC. . .perfect for the summer. I like to cut up a lemon and put it in my Core Lemondade bottle from time to time!

I'm feeling tighter and can see progress with my diet. My energy levels are a bit low but I am going to try my hardest to keep up on sleep and rest and not over do it with stims. . . I think that can be tempting to do when you are tired.
 
I'm feeling pretty good so far this week. I slept like a rock last night except on one instance. . . a special someone cough cough woke me 3 hours into my sleep. That's ok I was back sound asleep quickly after getting all ruffled with Doug oopsie haha. One of my big pet peeves is sleep interruption.

I hope my body is adjusting to the diet now. . .I've been hungry a bit but I guess that is what I want if I want the scale moving in the other direction! While training Chest and Back I noticed that my upper body is tightening up and my strength was pretty good suprisingly.

I started my workout with back exercises and then switched to chest. On the flat db presses I was suprised to move 60lb dumbbells especially after hitting my back. I was pretty stoked about that. My back was still sore but I didn't seem to notice until I was training it. I'm staying super thirsty so it's making it easy to down my gallons of water.

After my weights and abs I did 30 minutes on the stairmill. . .watch out!! :P

how much cardio are you doing now?? do you do HIIT at all?
 
Thanks Renee :) I am doing 1 to 2 days a week of steady state and I just added cardio today after my workout. This is the first time doing this for prep. I would have done it early this morning but I had early clients and my sleep is way more important right now.
No HIIT yet.

Oh yeah! It was leg day and it was a good ol sweat fest, beat down on my quads,thighs, and calves. Today was also a HIGH carb day YIPPIE :D I popped 4 caps of the "New" Core Zap. This was the first time I have used the full serving of Zap and holy smokes :shock: I was on FIRE!

Warmed up on the bike and off I went. . . leg extensions 6 sets, smith squats ATG (only way to do em :D), I was so spent after those 2 exercises. Then I did a superset of Leg Press to hack squats, by the second set I was battling it out with myself. . I was hating them uuh! But I pushed through to get in 4 sets but I was pissed during them LOL. After torturing my legs and feeling like jello I decided it was time to give my calves a swift kick. I did seated calves, standing calves and inner thigh. Wrapped the workout up with leg raises, wow they were burning. Finally I foam rolled. I received a nice compliment after my workout. . .a regular member at the gym told me that I had put on quiet a bit of muscle since last time I competed, I sure hope so. We will see what the diet exposes soon enough :mrgreen:

Towards the middle of my workout, Doug walks in and asked me to spot him on some cable tricep pulldowns. He asked me to hold his traps while he pushed down. Woopsie me, I jumped on him sort of like a monkey (he said) and he told me not so much LOL. . . I thought I was doing a pretty good job with the spot LOL but apperently it was a little too much of a spot for him. I'm use to spotting him on those but when he is buckling down to do a cable pulldown and using all of my bodyweight to keep him in the seat but I apparently didn't need to do that. . oops, it was pretty funny. . we both laughed. Fun times. It's nice to share gym time with my honey pie :oops:

The New ZAP is the same as the old formula expect we increased the geranium by 25% (40-50mg per serving) for free!

This is a nice new trend. First Prime and now you guys do it with ZAP. I like it. Just for that i'm going to have to try ZAP.
 
I smoked my shoulders and arms again today! The veins were popping today :D

Lateral raises (seated), Close smith presses, alt db curls, upright rows, seated tri extensions, preacher curls on the cables, reverse flys, db shruggs, high push downs, top cable curls. . . arms always get an awesome pump at the end with the top cable curls. A little bit of ab work because they were pretty sore from yesterday.

I'm feeling tighter around my stomach, arms, and back. . I see tighter booty too :D
 
Friday I did my cardio first thing at 5am. . . it flew by which is unusual for me :P
Later in the afternoon I was able to get a 2+hr massage. I told the therapist to avoid my quads. . . don't even touch them I said LOL. My quads are still sore today. Every step I take, every time I lay on my stomach in bed I FEEL EM WOWZERS :shock: Sunday I have hammies sheesh.

Saturday, (today) I trained Chest and Back first thing after having a fairly decent size breakfast along with a PSLIN(140 carbs today). I figured I would squeeze in a big breakfast and try to crush it :mrgreen: I'm feeling good. I had a tough time catching my breath in the gym this morning. . kinda odd but it got better.

I started with incline bench press, lat pulldowns (I'm careful on these lately because my shoulders are sore), decline presses (haven't done these in a while, felt strong), 1 arm row machine, flat db flys, tbar row. I worked up to 2 plates on 2 sets that was pretty decent for me condsidering it was the last exercise for the day. I did some weighted abs and stretched.

I'm gonna get in a spray tan. I found out I'm allergic to the tanning beds :? This is probaly a good thing anyways, those beds are horrible for you but you don't realize it until your older and I don't want that :roll:

Lately my favorite meal other than my bedtime meal has been oats with apple cinnamon sprinle and walden farms apple butter gotta be creative :lol:

I'm getting in my 2 gallons pretty well so I'm trying to get even more in the day. Today marks week 15 before the Cape GGGRRRR!

The 500mgs of sulbutiamine along with the rest of the formula is what makes zap different especially at that price...

Today I am crushing Shoulders and Arms! It's gonna be on!! I'm down exactly 1 pound from Friday. I'm seeing changes in my chest and arms already. I typically see changes basically work their way down my body. I think most of us do that. My goal from this week on is to lose 1 pound a week. Let the good times roll

Its funny you say this as my husband and I took our kids to an amusment park this weekend and its a 3 hour drive from home. We had to stop about 4 times so I could use the restroom.even my kids were like "you have to go again"...lol

Monday I demolished my shoulders and a little bit on my arms as well. I popped 2 New Core Zap and that was all I need to kick some real butt. . .my own butt teehee. I'm drinking my water like a good girl!

I was so siked and pumped to go all out on Shoulders especially. It's something about them that gets me fired up :D I had to refrain from doing all shoulder exercises :action-smiley-035: I crushed it with drop sets upon drop sets and super sets and so on. I was rolling. I sported my Cape Cod Nutrition tank top (thanks Cape Cod :thumbsup: )

Cough cough, it's time to pullout the "skinny b@tch" wear LOL.

I literally crushed it today! Seated db presses worked up to 50lbs for in 3 sets. Lat raises, front raises, rear delts, upright rows, rope pushdowns, preacher curls, db curls, dips and 15 mins on the stepmill!! :liftweight:

I'm totally siked and in full Contest mode baby!! hoorah Let's go Doug, where ya at? HA

:shock: Back and Chest today!

I was suprised I had what I had in me. . . .
I started with deads which always make me nervous but glad I did them :D
I worked up to 2 plates on each side and did 3 heavy sets. The gym was pretty quiet for the most part. When I started my 2nd heavy set I couldn't help but notice a woman behind me on the inner and outer thigh machines putting her fingers in her ears as I was deadlifting :roll:
The first thought that came to mind was "this is not a library lady" this is a gym LOL. Anyways she lit fire under me and that is what ya need on deads, Ha. I then did bb overhand row (something diff, saw Doug did these yesterday, so figured why not), hs rows ss hs pulldowns. Then it was time for my BIG chest. . .yeah right bwahahaha. . .I was so suprised at my strength on these suckers. I managed to work up to 55lbs without a spotter. For some reason I was not in the mood to ask anyone for a spot, I just wanted to be left all alone today. I get like that from time to time in the gym and during my diet. The rest of my chest exercises included incline bench, chest press machine and flys. I did some abs and a little cardio to top things off.

I know I am going to feel this workout tonight and tomorrow YIKES.

just on monday, normally most dont watch me squat, since most dont squat, but i had a trainer spot me, so half the gym watched me squat, yes it was impressive number for myself anyways haha and i totally nailed it! but sure helped fire me up

Thanks! I couldn't agree with you more. . . those sort of things happen when you really need an extra edge or push in the gym. Keep pushing it in the gym.

I normally get some weird looks from women in the gym. I feel like they look at me like ooh she is too big but I remind myself that they don't get it and crush it some more! It's hard work to put on some muscle:jester:
 
Thursday I trained legs with a focus on quads and let me tell ya it was rough! I should have taken the day off and rested. . . but didn't. I am still sore from deadlifts on Wednesday. Next time I do deads on Back day I will definately be taking the next day off. I thought that since it was a high day I would be ok.. . lesson learned!! My legs are suprisingly sore. Last week I was sooo sore and figured that I would not be sore but I am but not near as bad. I felt like my leg workout was not up to par but I guess I pushed myself more than I thought.

Friday weight check in, I'm 135. Another pound down :D 1 pound a week. Slow and steady. . . .

I hit my shoulders and arms today. I was feeling a little sluggish today. . .not hungry but it took me a few exercises to get in the groove. I love my groovy days so when I have a not so groovey day I can tell. That's when I dig deep inside and fight with my mind to do my very best I can and not be so hard on myself or expect to have the most AWESOME workouts EVERY day. It's realistically not possible to do.

I was able to grain in the beginning of my workout with Doug. We did miltitary bb presses, he pushed me really hard on these and I needed that push. I was really appreciative of that, thanks Doug! Then we did smith presses, I felt I could do anymore after that. Then I did a triple set of shoulder things such as lateral raises, upright rows, and shrugs. I was hurtin'. Then I did arms and superset those. Close presses, db hammer curls, bb curls and dips. I had a hard time raising my arms afterwards, it was a good feeling because I felt like a gave my all in the gym today.

I've been having some hip issues on my right side specifically. Doug and I figured out what is trigering it. . . STAIRMILL. I love to push myself on that but my hip is not soo happy with it. I'm making a special effort to listen to my body. I have a high tolerance for pain. I just realized that it was so high this year. . . Doug drew it to my attention. Having a high tolerance for pain can be a bad thing and a good thing. For me I need to listen to it rather than always pushing through. My brother has to have hip surgery at age 29. He just had an MRI and it revealed he has a torn Labrum and arthritis and something else I forget. This makes me super cautious about my hip. . .who knows it could be genetic. . .I don't want to go that route if all possible.

I feel at age 30 things start sneaking up on ya

Today is so pretty, I can't wait to get out and enjoy it! Have a safe and fun 4th :P

oh, and thanks for stopping by my journal!I have been a little bit down this week due to not being able to give my workouts 100% and I needed some encouragement! thanks steph!!I also think that my hip issue started with the stepmil/stairmaster. Im laying off those two machines for the time being and see what happens.

Yesterday was a rest/cardio day for me and I took Prime through out the day with meals 2x2x2

On training days I may do the same or I made add more. I haven't decided yet lol. What about you? What have you tried?

Yesterday was a rest/cardio day for me and I took Prime through out the day with meals 2x2x2

On training days I may do the same or I made add more. I haven't decided yet lol. What about you? What have you tried?

i did 6 of the 600mg everyday. right now im breaking from it for 2 weeks then not sure what im going to do as I have the 800mg prime to start back up with. probably 6 on workout and 4 on non to start.
 
This morning I decided to eat more carbs at breakfast to fuel my Chest and Back workout. I took my PRIME, Recreate, 2 zap, PSLIN, PowerFull and was ready to go. I've been off Prime for a while so this is my first day using it on a workout day!


I alternated between chest and back. I did incline smith presses which I haven't done since I can remember. These use to screw with my shoulder so I laid off. Felt great I had 5 sets and a drop. I've been pushing more reps these days. My back is still sore so I did mostly lat work. I did a new pulldown machine! I then did chest presses on the Hammer Strength. I did alternating arms and then did both arms as a superset. Then it was off to the lat pulldown ss with cable rows, I felt sick afterwards on these LOL. I dug deep inside and pushed myself on these. It was a tough workout and I had to push myself more to keep fire in the workout. I did flys and another pulldown. I finished with abs and did some cardio later in the afternoon. I'm pretty tired today but it's what I need :D

I beat up my hamstrings today. I did a mixture of things in my workout. It's my HIGH carb day but I tell ya on these high carb days I don't feel like they are HIGH carb LOL. I was feeling really tired today and I slept like a rock lastnight. Doug said I was snoring. I actually woke myself a few times snoring HAHA. I love my sleep these days. It has to be the PRIME, that's the most recent supplement to my stack so I figure that is what it has to be especially since the caps are packed with more bang (800mg vs 600mg). Nice work USP! It's rocking!!

Before my workout I relied on Core Zap to light a fire in me.
I did seated curls, laying curls, deads, walking bb lunges :shock: smokin', butt blaster, sleigh and seated calves. I skipped the outer thigh due to my right hip acting silly on me all day. I did lots of stretching today during my workout as well as after. I'm doing a great job with my water intake. It seems to get easier each day for me. I find I'm slow moving in the mornings but it's all good. Staying positive and getting my zzz is the ticket for me :!: Also squeezing in my ART appts to keep my bod in check is a must.

I totally feel like I am contest prepping. I'm losing my boobs LOL (sorry guys) so I'm leaning out. They are fat anyways HAHA.

Still got a ways to go. . .gonna keep trucking forward!!

great hammie workout!! Im going to use some Core Zap today for my upperbody workout. I found a bottle in my supplement cabinet that I didnt even know I had! I only wish I had some powerfull and Prime to take with it.I cant wait for this 2 week break of the Prime and powerfull to be overwith. I miss them soo much!

I got some ART done yesterday on both my hips yesterday!I have a love hate relationship with ART...lol. It hurts so much when I getting it done but wow what a differnce afterwards! Im feeling soo much better the past two days. I think listening to my body and laying off the stepmill is making all the difference. I also couldnt do the outer thigh machine as It aggravated my hip too. I just did some floor work instead with 5 lbs ankle weights like lying leg lifts and such. I got a nice burn but not pain like with the outer thigh machine. baby steps...lol
 
Wow, talking about the week flying by. . . I didn't realize it had been so long since I've posted. I've been having great workouts. I added Jacked to my preworkout mix and WHOO HOO. I can see some changes in my body especially this week and the drive in myself has been like no other. Energy comes and goes but I am keeping positive and doing my best. I have switched my training and cardio up a bit and my weight is going down so I'm really pleased.

This week my chest/back, shoulder/arm workouts have been off the hook. I was sooo in the zone on Friday. It was great. My legs have finally recovered and my traps are tore up today. Tomorrow I'm gonna crush legs with Doug! It's a high carb day too, yippie.
