well, if i'm primary and secondary. LH low and damaged leydigs, theres no point in relying on clomid to raise my LH. The only thing that would be safe long term is HCG, but HCG solo shuts down the pituitary so whats the point of doing HCG solo when you could do low dosage of HCG + TRT, you are still supressing pituitary and increasing test while maintaing testicular function. If my sperm count comes back fine, I dont see the point in doing the surgery at all.
For example, if my sperm comes back fine or not, and I get the surgery, my total T may raise 150 pts, but my LH will still be 1.5. By the time im 25-30 my lh will be even lower. So therefore, the surgery becomes redundant if I'm going to need TRT anyhow.
