PH's and sleep aids

Very simple question. I tend to take Tylenol's Simply Sleep (Diphenhydramine HCl 25 mg in each caplet, 2 a night) at night to get a good nights rest. I am about to start a PH cycle consisting of eq-plex/hdrol. Should I avoid the sleep aid while on cycle?

what other ingriedents are there... just diphenydramine or asprin also?,, i would avoid asprin... alot of time ph/ds will make it extremey hard to sleep so u may even need more then that if thats whats been working... when i took trenadrol al the sleep aids in the world did nothing... except a xan bar

Diphenhydramine HCl, thats all. I don't want to put any more stress on my internals/liver than I already am.

At 12 dollars from NP, its only about 2 or 3 dollars more than Simply Sleep. Thanks for the recommendation, I'm going to research it a bit more.

AM I missing something Tylenol (Acetaminophen) is really hard on the Liver,why would you wanna take this with methylated steroids?

Simply Sleep is just diphenydramine. No acetaminophen, no tylenol. I suppose I should have originally asked "Is diphenydramine HCl ok to take while on cycle" to clearify things.
