alright, i'm currently 10 days out from the jr. usa's being held on may 23rd. my bodyweight is right around 270lbs. i am currently doing 1hr 5am cardio (stairclimber, eliptical, stairmill), 1pm weight training, 1 hr 7pm cardio session. my carbs since the 3 week out mark have been cycled up and down from 150gms/day to 50gms./day. needless to say, energy levels are WAY down. i haven't been using any energy/fat burner/diet pill for about 2 months. this evening, i was dragging so bad, i decided to take ONE capsule of my SX. (didn't want too, as i hate adding anything new in this close to a comp., but just had zero energy) i'm talking, could barely get off the couch to head to the gym. so, i took my 1 cap of SX about 15min. prior to heading out, thinking, at this point, it would take a miracle to have any energy. get to the gym, about 5-10 min. in to my stairclimbing, the energy comes..stepping livelier- i'm talking about the stepper where the stairs rotate beneath you, not the traditional stairclimber. this thing is usually torture. not this time, time flew by, i just got in the zone, a large mirror is in front of the stairclimbers, and it was almost surreal- NO BULLSHIT. i was just focusing in, clear headed, focused mentally, not even thinking about the time remaining. at 270lbs. 1 cap? glad i didn't go w/ 2 cause i am up at almost 1am- not cracked out- mind you, posting away on AM lol.. this post is no hype- if you haven't tried SX yet, i'm telling you, it is amazing. i feel like going back to the gym right now.. if you have any q's or doubts, pm me. i would be glad to share my exp. on SX with you..
