P-Slin and fruit...?

I see a lot of people consuming fruit along with their P-Slin carb meal. I am in no way "anti-fruit" or anything of the sort. I am just wondering the reason why, as fructose is stored in the liver... and not transported to the muscle. Or is it so that the liver is partially filled up and the remainding carbs are forced only into the muscle...? I have no idea... someone fill me in!!!!

That would be my assumption as well. That is why you will notice a small portion of the total CHO intake being from fruit.... In my opinion...
