2 H-drol questions to finish up my research! Reps for Sound advice!

I am planning an H-drol cycle in a month or so, and have two more questons. My apologies if they have been ocvered, and Im sure they have as I remeber reading the answers somewhere on a forum, but I was more into setting up a PCT and such then

1. When do I dose my H? I will be doing 50/50/75/75/75/75. Should I take it 45 min pre workout? What about on non-training days? And when should I take my Cycle assist?

2. Can I use and EC stack? I have heard some say caffeine is a no-no on H-drol. What about Ephedra??

halodrol has a 16 hour half life...just dose it in the morning....and if you do use caffeine or epedra or whatever, thats fine its your decision, just keep an eye on your blood pressure....you will probably find that if you use e/c/a pre-workout that your blood pressure will spike and you get bad headaches in the gym....but then again...mabye not...
 
So, take the entire dose of H-Drol in the morning, rather than spreading the dosing throughout the day? Why do people recommend spreading it out, is there any advantage/disadvantage doing it one way or the other?
 
1.) Yeah, mooch2321 is right. The H-Drol halflife is 16hours. You can take it all at once in the morning or twice a day on both training days or non-training days. It wouldn't be a problem at all.
If I were you, I would take :
->1cap in the morning and 1cap 8-12hours later (for 50mg dosing).
->2cap in the morning and 1cap 8-12hours later (for 75mg dosing).
Take the support supps at least 4hours after taking the H-Drol.

2.) Yes, you can use EC or ECA stack while on cycle. Listen to your body and keep watching your blood pressure and other sides. I took ECY stack while on recomp cycle and got no problems / sides. Once again, everybody is different.

Not true at all. Had this confirmed several times including by AI reps and CEL reps.

Dosing advice is good. For doses of 75 on lifting days I took three doses. Just made more sense to me to spread things out more to avoid spikes.

Don't know where this stuff about taking support supps four hours apart is coming from. Straight from the horses' mouths, this is not necessary.

The vast, VAST majority of people would advise taking caffeine or ephedrine on cycle.

I don't know enough to say that you can/can't get away with it. But I was convinced enough to avoid caffeine for 35 days for the first time since the day I drank my first Coke. It was hard and crazy inconvenient and I wouldn't have done it if the oldtimers hadn't pounded it into my head.

Oftentimes conventional wisdom is what it is for good reason.
 
I would spread the dosing out, at least thats what I did... For 50mg I did it once pre workout (am) and once 8 hours later... for 75 I took one every 8 hours, so one at 6,2,10
The 3 days I bumped to 100 I did 1 at 6, 2 at 2, and 1 at 10...
Cycle Assist I took 4 caps right in the morning, and 4 right before bed..... I honestly think this is the best way to dose the 2....

If you think about it the half life is 16 hours, when you are on 75mg if you spread it out evenly you always have a steady amount in your system... but everybody is different, you do what you think is best.....
