The Young packs on Extreme Mass! [Sponsored]

50-60g per meal is after I changed it. It used to be 10g-25g before.

I'm getting an after pic this week.

get after videos too of you doing those lifts. I was supporting you at first, but now it's all just getting sketchy. You keep changing your diet, routine, I have read multiple things on different boards.... I don't know what to believe and I feel like another boxmeman incident (not name calling or anything, but so much stuff has been switched up it is just sketchy with unrealistic numbers and no photos/video.)
 
so how are you getting 6000 cals with 10-25 grams??? what are you eating and how much of it?

When I was getting 6k though, I was eating a lot of meatballs, canned chicken/tuna, etc.

to your other post- I have only changed diet and routine once? :S

And why do you guys scream out about my routine and diet changes? They should have no importance to you as that's my personal preference. If you're all going to reply that you scream out because if I change so much you wouldn't be able to know the product's power then you're wrong. It's proved to be a great product.

On other boards? I've posted this log in SoM and PHF, and they only contain the Weekly updates, so if you've seen other stuff, then please inform me. :S

to liftingstud- yes I am very busy these days till Tuesday. I have been posting on my meal breaks and eating by the computer. If you don't want me to post on my meal breaks, I won't then.

One last note, why do you say no pics? I provided a Before pic (accept it's pretty old) and I will provide an After pic.
 
way to go back and edit it... you are sketchy man. Get your facts straight on what your posting and maybe people will believe you. Again you originally stated 6000 cals and 10-25 grams per meal... stop trying to go back and edit everytime we catch wrong statements.

Exactly... He changed his diet to 3 by upping his carbs and decreasing his fat.... So he was getting 4-6000 cals with 10-25g of carbs per meal... That's some serious serious fat intake... Who would want a diet like that unless youvere doing a keto type diet.

What I meant about you posting all the time is... You seem to have time for a more detailed log since u can post relpies I'm like 10 min as soon as someone says something...
So why not have a more detailed long and maybe people would be more inclined to not call u out in things... And u do edit constantly which never looks good, I have pointed this out before. It's just sad because it probably is a good supplement and all you can say after then sponsoring your log is "awesome" this I'd that... Crazy pump... No sides... Random crap... We have no idea how your lifts are increasing. You completely change your diet... That should be solid before you started esp when a company GIVES u a product to log for them.

I'm pretty sure CC isn't disappointed; on the other boards they seem to be enjoying my log. Don't worry you don't need to reply this.

When is the review coming in?
Both the Week 4 Updates and the Final Review will be posted on Friday. That is my last workout day.

A little update about my physique: I'm almost looking as big as in December but a lot leaner than then. I believe I'm in the 8% area, which is still great.

* Note: There are some " testers " that will only give a final review, with no logs. I believe they started already. So you can expect other reviews of this product soon too. :)

Thanks to all of those who have followed the Weekly updates, and I apologize for the lack of updates. I only intended to do weekly updates.

Have everything in hand (nolva, clomid, arimidex, etc), but I think this can go well the OTC route.

Hell, a friend of mine ran tren at 120mg and only used Advanced PCT as pct and kept it all. I'm not supporting the idea of such weak pct, but I want to point out not all cycles need to go the nolva way.
 
So wait... you are gonna use a SERM or your aren't. I think not using one would be downright unintelligent. Your cycle is harsher than a tren cycle even at 120mg.

Hahaha totally agree... Since when did 120mg tren = 3 aas? Hmmm.... I know PCS has reversitol or how ever u spell it but not sure it's a good enough OTC pct for what he's taking.

LIBIDO- 10/10 (back in gear)
JOINT PAIN- 10/10 (zero)
FOCUS- 10/10
RECOVERY- 10/10 (amazing recovery)
PUMPS- 10/10 (amazing pumps)
VASCULARITY- 9/10 (like always)
ACNE- 7/10 (noticeable acne)
AGGRESSION- 10/10 (great!)
STRENGTH- 10/10 (increased significantly, all exercises)
SLEEP- 10/10 (no problems, like stated before, sleep is even better)
LETHARGY- 10/10 (zero)
WELL-BEING- 10/10 (I'm feeling great )
MUSCLE HARDNESS- 10/10 (rock hard)
BODYFAT- 7/10 (increased a bit, may be confusing with a bloat)
Great week, felt a lot of muscle stimulus, really enjoyed this run.
 
Extreme Mass Final Review:

Weight: 182-201 (+19 pounds)
Great weight gain, with little body fat added. First week gained 4 pounds, Second week gained another 4 pounds, Third week gained 6 pounds, and Fourth week gained 5 pounds.

Libido: 9/10

There was a time when it went down, but most of the time libido was sky rocketing. As you can see, it didn't get significantly affected.

No joint pain.

Focus and aggression: 10/10
Extremely focused and just wanted to increase those reps and weight! Workout sessions were amazing.

Recovery: 10/10
Recovery rose significantly. Definitely deserves a 10.

Pumps and Muscle Hardness: 10/10
Best pumps ever! No other product gave me such insane pumps. Muscles were rock hard all day.

Acne: 7/10
This is the only side that was noticeable. Even though it wasn't something horrifying, I seemed to get a lot.

Strength: 10/10
All lifts went up 15 pounds in general. The most noticeable increase was in my Shoulder Presses, lift went up 20 pounds at the 8 rep range clean.

Sleep, well-being, and lethargy: 10/10
I actually slept better than ever on this cycle. Always feeling great and there was no lethargy.

Body fat: 8/10
This increased a bit, nothing to scream about. Body fat increased by 2% approximately. Do not confuse this with a bloat.

I experienced some back pumps in the first week, but it stopped after.

Summarizing I think this was a great run! I went up by 19 pounds body weight with an acceptable body fat rise. Strength was up and pumps were amazing. I had almost no sides, and had those amazing gains.

Extreme Mass delivers.
 
Even though it doesn't do justice, you can compare the December picture and this one and see noticeable changes.
My upper chest filled up and my arms grew nicely. Shoulders also grew a tad as well.

In the After picture I wasn't flexing.
 
that isn't a final picture man, I think were were hoping for front, back, side, etc.... Oh BTW how come here you were eating 4k most the time ,but on PHF you were eating 6k or more??

It's a relaxed picture and I look almost bigger than in December when I had much more fat. Changes are noticeable even when comparing with December.

On PHF it says keyword SOMETIMES, and it was a week 2 post. You can go read it again, and you can't accuse me of editing in the sometimes since you can read when ULY quoted me it's there.

I think everyone knew he was a tool, but in times like these, even this, we have to just turn the other way and let it be....though, he probably never even logged cc's product. I'd bet he sold it.

Earlier on i tried to be generous in supporting what i felt was somone attempting to pull the wool over everyones eyes, i listened to your point of view, along with others who called you out, and decided to support you, hoping in all honesty you were not telling lies, however i must say i am very dissapointed, because i dont believe you really gave a truthfull log, truth doesnt need to be changed, or edited, but a tangled web we weave when we seek to decieve.
I am angry though because i took your side against friends i have trusted and know well here at AM, so i am very sorry to all those especialy Hman, You were given a free product, good support, and you have lost my respect and that of others, so good day to you sir.
