I would really like to see PP put out some protein and maybe some bulk ALA pills like the CLA they already have since this summer after my birthday I will probably buy....TRS, an extra sustain alpha, 2 dermacrine, 1 1000gm creatine mono, 1 IBCCA, 1 beta-alanine, and 2 bags CLA, and maybe 1 bottle of green tea...buying all these PP products and not having a protein and ALA supplement made by PP just wouldnt feel right...any idea if these or even just the protein could be in the future?

BTW: liking the dermatherm target so far....I just had my wisdom teeth out so I havnt really been able to eat anything except ice cream and drink milk for the last few days so my diet sucks right now and Im on Vicodin, ibuprofen, and amoxicillin

You never know what may be in the works. ;) I agree a good protein supplement sounds nice. We're actually working on an insulinmimetic product (Muscle Feeder) as well, so keep a look out for more info on that in the near future.

Glad to hear you're enjoying the Dermatherm Target so far. I wish you a swift recovery from your oral surgery. It looks like they have you on a good get well "cocktail" though, haha.

I take 2 vicodin, 1 600 mg ibuprofen, and 1 amoxicillin every 6 hours but it doesnt do anything for the pain..just makes me feel weak and tired

I am not a fan of insulin mimetic products as they are commonly misused. Unless you can find a truly novel way to stimulate GLUT4 expression in muscle. But exercise already does this sufficiently hence why these insulin mimetic product are best taken around a workout.

How are they "misused" from your perspective?

Advocated use in conjunction high carb(>100g) meals. Little if any evidence to suggest a nutrient partitioning effect. Common references are from diabetic participants and inferences to the general population are made as if there is no discernable difference. I suppose one could argue that there is no difference between the insulin resistance a normal individual experiences and that of a diabetic, though I happen to disagree.

Insulin resistance is an interesting topic. It can become a progressive issue that without a doubt leads to the development of Type 2 diabetes, but often there are other comorbidity factors present that further potentiate the on-set effects (I.e. Metabolic syndrome, Obesity, Autoimmune factors).

There certainly are differing degrees of insulin resistance, so i can agree that individual situations are different between people in general, as well as those with existing medical issues; perhaps not in the same manner in which you do though.

Insulin itself can lead to insulin resistance; every time a cell is exposed to insulin, the production of GLUT4 on the cell's membrane is decreased. So increasing GLUT4 expression is definitely an important part of the prevention/effect process.
