That is correct sir!! Due to unforseen shoulder complications, i am being forced by my body to put it through a new type of hell, previously unknown to it for many monthes....thats right CARDIO!!! effective immediately, i will be resuming the diet and training regimen that had me at 190lbs and 9%, just 10 short months ago. Since i cannot lift heavy for some time, its seems appropriate.

I was 205 back in December but not nearly as defined so I'd like to think I put mostly muscle weight on with a little bit of fat... still workin on the fat elimination process though. Cannot wait for X-Lean :D

Fat wont stand a chance with a X-Lean/Formex/Reverse/X-Force stack :sacred:

Yeah, i was 190 and pretty ripped, started bulking, put on 30 something lbs, id say 18-22 lbs muscle. im gonna try to maintain most of the muscle on my cut\recomp, it will be difficult with limited mobility in my shoulder though. Im thinking 205-210 would be nice. I dont have much fat now, but real recomp is gonna be hard with like no benching or big shoulder movements.:worried:

I am holding off on the supps right now because I have had some situations and my disclipline and diet have been much less than stellar.
However I am getting my mojo back and looking for some good recomp items to get my leanness and strength back on track when I start getting intense again.
You guys are pretty much getting me sold on the IBE items.
Keep up the awesome info.

When I start my regimen back I know three IBE products and a fourth possible.
Been looking to do all my supps at one company.
The Formex, Reverse, X-Lean and possible X-Dreams.

Saving up and tying up other loose ends as we speak.
 
Before I started cutting this last time... I was 240lbs and NEVER did cardio...When I started my diet I added in 30min session at 3 times per week...Now I'm doing 4-5 session per week usually. I feel so much better from cardio and those who think your gonna lose any substantial amount of muscle from it are retarded...Or using it as an exscuse as not to do cardio.

Cannot afford the elliptical machine I want yet(computerized one I used in my old college gym with variable levels of resistance) so I am getting the pit workout MMA cardio series of DVD's.
I used to do full contact and training that is really good for cardio.
