when should I take my formex ? Im taking 2 cap a day in the morning...but should I take it before sleep ?

I have been taking 2 upon waking with 2 fish oil caps...and added 1 at bedtime with 2 fish oil caps...Give Formex about 7 days or so and you will start to notice and increase in sex drive also an increase in strength and stamina.

This is my daily dosing protocol right now... Back When I was running my log i would also throw a cap in about an hour or so pre-workout.
