Starting my epistane tomorrow and wanted to get peoples feedback on a schedule. I will also be taking a cycle assist. Been working out for several months now and looking to pick it up. Quick info on me.. 5'6, 160
Hey mate,
Epistane, whilst reportedly 'mild' as a designer steroid is nothing to mess about with, so glad you've got the cycle support in place.
If you're running it for the first time, then something like (dosages per day, per week)
10/20/30/30
Would probably be enough for a first cycle.
Have you got a post cycle therapy (PCT) lined up?
I personally don't think you should be using Epistane after such a short space of training time but I'd rather give you some advice than nothing.
Hi you seem to be suggesting(see bold type) that epi might not be as mild as we are led to believe.
i just wondered why you might be thinking this , if this is the case.
thanks
before anyone says anything how old are you?
No worries mate.
Epistane is mild from the anecdotal reports from users and an excellent thread by Dr.D and Ripp:

However, my only concern is that if we start rattling off these potentially damaging compounds as 'mild' or 'safe' that first-time users won't take them seriously (not that many don't already...).
I've only used M-drol, which arguably wasn't a great choice to start off with in the DS/PH market but the effect it had on my body from the blood tests I had back was enough to encourage me to inform other users to take every precaution when using these compounds for the first time.
thanks for reply
btw did you go to the BODYPOWER EXPO at the NEC Birmingham?
WELL worth the trip and cost i thought.
No worries mate, glad to see another UK lad chiming in
I didn't mate, I wanted to though, which companies were there? Any big names in nutrition guest speaking?
I went to the FitPro Expo down in lougborough a couple weeks ago, John Berardi and Charles Poliquin were both guest speakers, awesome weekend.
Rich Gaspari and Dorian Yates were there over the 2 days , Worlds strongest man appeared Sunday There was talks by EAS and Gaspari (Rich himself gave it) on their supplements and a question and answer session afterwards -Those 2 i attended but there were others . Also a BB competition, powerlifting and martial arts,. Most of the online supplement companies were there, inc Monster, muscle finesse , extreme Plenty of freebies-eas. phd, applied nutricals, usn, cnp There were 2 Subway sandwich shops always busy -bodybuilders and food goes without saying.
