I wasn't able to workout today :( Can't believe I couldn't have my last upper body day... but my next routine is going to be insane :D

i read on another site you are also using another tren product along with this.... is this true? or are you just using the CC stuff?
 
Week 3

Today I did C) Legs/abs
I added Romanian Deadlifts into the mix, they're pretty fun.
I went light on everything, but high reps. All the exercises (except abs) were done at 200 pounds.

- Leg extensions- 3x15
- Leg Curls 3x10
- Bulgarian Split Squats 3x12 (used 100s) these always hurt, no matter what weight :P but I was able to get through them perfectly.
- Romanian Deadlift 3x12. These were very easy, but for some reason my lower back was hurting like a bitch today.
- Calf Raises- 3x40. Strength is definitely up here too, I got 40 for the 3 sets.
- I forgot to do the Hamstring Extreme Stretch.... oh well.

My ab circuit suffered today for some reason... I was only able to do 2 sets and half assed.

My ab routine is 3 giant sets of:
- Weighted Crunches, Jackknife Crunches, Reverse Crunches, Leg Raises, 1 plank.

Muscle bellies are full :D

I'm running CC solo (even pct is only CC) on this one.

If I'm not mistaken, you read that at SOM? I have a log there too :D Which strictly says it's only CC products.

I was planning on using that other tren product with this same stack in the future, or with the The One caps I have left.

Um, your taking designer steroids which are known to cause back pumps. Take 10g of taurine a day, that should help out.

And hold on a minute, you added RDL today? What kind of deads do you normally do? SDL? Cause your DL #'s at SDL are pretty much impossible IMO.

Why on earth would you drop 400lbs(ish) from your deadlifts while on cycle?... the idea is to add weight bud... And then leg curls at the same weight as your deadlifts? This doesn't make sense at all.
 
Oh so these are the famous back pumps?
I've never had noticeable sides before with my cycles (excluding acne and lethargy) so I actually didn't know :P

The 1RM deadlift in the first page is from a normal deadlift. My normal deadlift at the 8-12 rep range is usually 490 pounds.
I added Romanian deadlifts to hit hams and lower back.
All the exercises today were done at 200 because the other weights were being used by some friends (gym at top of house)

Of course I know I have to add weight :P One of my goals is to increase strength :P

Deadlifts are done on back day, and romanian are done on legs day.
The only change up I could think of is that I added romanian deadlifts to the legs day.

NM, I guess i just was reading it wrong. You just switched the day you deadlift on. My bad.

Well, there's a bit of a difference between the two, but they're basically the same.
So you could say I'm doing them twice a week. Another difference would also be that on legs day I go light but with speed.

No no, you were right.
The difference is that on the legs day I go light with speed, and the movement is a little different.

On the back day I go heavy.

Today I did A) Chest/bis. Great workout, amazing chest pump.

- Decline DB Press was 4x12, 150s as a chest warm up and to get a nice starter pump. Smoothly done.
- Bench Press 3x8, 420, that's 5lbs. up and I really didn't go for strength this time, smoothly done so Extreme Mass must have increased bench more than just 5 pounds.
- DB Flyes 3x12, went light with speed, 100s. Amazing pump, loved it. I really like this movement.
- * I edited pullovers out and included pushups. Bodyweight since I haven't done them in a while. Just did 3x50 diamond, for more pump.
- Chest Extreme Stretch
- Standing Concentration Curl (movement made up lol)3x8, pretty nice and clean, warm up for bis. 80s. This has improved, form is perfect so I'd say weight should be up as well.
- Cable Curls 3x8-8-6, 240 pounds. Did them pretty smooth, so these movement also improved.
- Hammer Curls- 3x8, 100s. Perfectly done with not that much effort. Will try increasing weight next workout. My bis were burned on this one.
- Biceps Extreme Stretch

Muscles are rock hard and I've been getting more comments about how my chest is bulging out more than usual :D

Libido is very high, fun week lol.
Only sides so far would be a little acne and the back pumps.

Just realize that Arnold himself wasn't using 100lbs dumbbells for flyes in the "pumping iron" documentary... And he had at least 60-70 lbs on you. You have to understand why people are skeptical man.

You find a friend with a camera phone that records video (you have to know SOMEONE with a blackberry or something) and post a video of you doing 100lbs db flies for reps. At the start I couldn't get any pics (don't have a cam, nor do people I know in my area), but I convinced a friend to travel down here so After pics could be taken. I'll ask the same person if a video can be done.

Well you guys must know some training secrets that I don't. The physics of a 160lbs person doing flys with 70's (140lbs total) just doesn't make sense... at least not with 90% of people... that is like Olympic gymnastic athlete tendon strength.

My max flys are about 60-65lbs and usually not for more than 5-7 reps... and I rarely go above the 50's at the moment. I could probably move the 70's, but I have no inclination to put that kind of stress on my rotator cuff.

Dude, when I DB bench the 100's for 6-8 reps I am stoked.

Bro, I think it is great that you can lift this much if you really can. But don't make it out to be something that is so "normal", because it's not. Go look through other logs on here, and there are guys MUCH bigger than what you claim to be moving MUCH less weight. So, either you are a freak or you aren't. But if you really are so freaky strong, do yourself a favor and put a video of yourself lifting up on youtube or something. I guarantee you will get an endorsement from a good supplement company. It can only benefit you.
 
I agree, no way in hell I want to put that much pressure on my shoulders with proper form, etc to fly that much. You strength is unreal for your weight as everyone has said, and we on this forum have had scams before and fake people wasting out time. It is just caution and is suspicious... and then what baffles me is you talking about it like it is nothing... I would join USPL asap if i were you lifting these at this weight.
 
i have also seen people do many things that they call "flys" that arent really flys, more of a wide bench with neutral hand position
so that could be one difference
i know when i go heavier with flys i reduce the elbow angle to take some pressure off the shoulder, i dont get the same stretch but i think it is important to get the muscle loaded with heavy weight sometimes too

Just looked at that workout again... Conc curls with 80s!!! And hammers with 100s!!! No longer can Gustova Badell be the "freaking recan"... This dude IS!!!

ACNE- 8/10 (some)
AGGRESSION- 10/10 (great, lift for size!)
STRENGTH- 10/10 (increased a lot)
SLEEP- 10/10 (no problems, like stated before, sleep is even better)
LETHARGY- 10/10 (zero)
WELL-BEING- 10/10 (I'm feeling great :D)
MUSCLE HARDNESS- 10/10 (rock hard)
BODYFAT- 7/10 (bodyfat is up... I still have abs though)
I'm loving Extreme Mass, gains have been great with no significant sides.

why should I do cardio??? If I want to bulk??? I am a true hardgainer... Right now 190 and about 6.5 to 7% bf. I eat 3300 to 3800 very clean cals a day depending on my carb cycling. I do not due one bit of cardio at all because of my metabolism. Esp if I want to bulk cardio is not a option.
 
Those stats are insane. I would love to see a vid of any of those lifts. Actually not the shoulder press.

Maybe you use kilo's where you are from and are converting the numbers to pounds incorrectly?

Well one of the products is phera... Which in some has caused bloating/water retension. But I have seen logs that say phera is pretty dry. Have u used phera on it's own? What's your diet? This log needs to have more info than what u say. All you are saying is it works... We have no idea how your strength is increasing workout to workout. You give random workout and just say "great pump" or so on... This doesn't tell us much. Not hating on your log just more detail would be nice.

I apologize. Thanks for pointing that out, I will try to be more detailed.

My diet is different from day to day, currently just get 3k-4k
I'll try to set up a sample diet soon :)

I'm very busy till Tuesday, but I wanted to fill you in on how my diet goes.
On a 3k day, I make sure every meal I get has 40-50g protein, 50-60g carbs, and 10g or a little above fats.

Example: For my post workout meal, when I don't have a shake available to drink, I eat 8-10oz. of chicken with 4oz. of bread and 16oz. juice.

Breakfast is the same as PW meal, but sometimes as a carb source I use oats or hand tossed pizza.

Meals are sometimes all the same, depending on what I have at reach, but I really don't mind.

Sometimes I eat a meal 1 hour after the Post workout meal, most of the time it's 2 chicken sandwiches with cheese.

Most of my meals contain canned chicken, tuna, or turkey.

It really sucks that my last week on the cycle will be bombarded with work, but I promise you my week 4 update, and final review will be very detailed. If you think it's not detailed and need something else, just ask and I'll add it in.

Update on bodyfat: I think it has increased quite a bit (still have abs like I said before) Some people are saying it's just a bloat from the phera, but I really think it's fat.
My chest has been the one with most gains. It has filled up quite nicely, upper chest which always lacked a little has filled up.
I seem to be gaining most of the fat in the abdomen area.

This is why I lowered calories to 3k. My fat intake was pretty high and carbs low, I changed that though.
However it's not so much like I said. May be a bloat.
You think I'm happy with my fat gain? :P IDK what bf I'm at now, but from the looks in the mirror it's probably 7 or 8.

what?!?!?! This gets better and better. How much fat were you eating then??? And from what source??? So I were eating 40-50g protein and 10-25g of carbs... You must have been eating some seriously fatty protein sources.

Also love how u can respond in 2 sec... But too too busy to update and run a quality log with consistant updates.
