Waxy Maize Scoop

Is the waxy maize supposed to have a scoop provided in it? I didn't get one in my bag. What size should I use since I don't have one? The back of the bag says a serving is 30g and I measured that out today and it seemed like a lot!

I just got my wms in and wieghed it on the digital scales...

70cc whey scoop will give you ~25g of wms.
