what is the best dosing for this stuff I figured bout 2 grams pre workout and 2 grams two more times a day like 6 days a week but just curious if anyone else had some experience with it
Start SuperSaponins at 2 x 2g daily. If you wish to take some break during the week, use 3 x 2g for five consecutive days and take the next two days off. Then repeat.
Most immediately, I have noticed increased aggression. I do not want to attribute any increased strength/size to the product as I am not sure that that is the sole contributor.
