Nolvadex during Sustanon/Eq/Winstrol cycle?

Hi all.
I just started the below cycle(12 weeks)

Winstrol 150mg per week (50mg Mon-Wed-Fri)
Equipoise 400mg per week (200mg Tue-Thu)
Sustanon 500mg per week (250mg Tue-Thu)

For PCT I will be using HCG and Clomid.

You think I should use Nolvadex during my cycle(against gynecomastia)?

If yes how much? I was told 10mg should be enough.

I don't want to run something like Arimidex as it may hinder results, as you need a little estrogen because it heavily promotes strength and gains as well.

arimidex shouldnt completely deplete estrogen levels....its been shown to reduce estro by about 90% but that is a very extreme case.....nolva also acts on the receptor site so it can inhibit gains as well by competing with you gear....i would have one or the other on hand....its a personal choice....but honestly with this cycle i see no need to use unless you have a problem

Thanks for the advice. I appreciate it. I went ahead and got some nolvadex. I'll just keep em in hand in case I start seeing problems. Thanks again
