Yea would love to see some wheel shots, because I assume to put that type of mass on in a year you were working some big compound exercises and eating like a horse. Very solid progress man.

What are your current goals? Still mass building?
 
solid gains bro. You look malnourished in the first pic, and strong and healthy in the second pic. What supplements you taking? How many calories a day you eat? how many days a week do you train? How long did it take you to get like that from the first pic?

my goals r too keep bulking up for about 2 more years and then see where i'm at.

I work out 5 days a week

all the whey meal replacement
all the whey protein isolate
xtend
jacked
liver pills
multi vit, fish oil,
zma
dextrose and maltodextrin
bulk creatine mono

I was really sad to find out the truth about waxy maize :28:

:dunno:I dont really count calories too complicated for my turtle brain, I just try to eat 275-300 grams of protein a day, along with tuna, chicken, tilapia fish, eggs and more eggs, and milk, and black bean, pinto beans, and lima beans, and all other sorts of beans, and white rice, and orange rice.:lick:

Looks like you've got the basics covered - congrats on the great progress!
