Let me get this straight. Starwerx, you lost 23 lbs in a month, or about 6lbs per week without ever lifting weights, doing minimal cardio, and doing some pullups?????
And jts1486, you took mitotroping for 30 days, lost 12lbs, but did not see ANY change in bf%, which means you lost 12lbs of muscle in 30 days, which would be most of our worst nightmares.
I cannot imagine two more divergent reviews of a product. Nor can I imagine 2 worse ones. Clearly both of you need some serious work on your diets and workout programs unless your goal is to be "skinny fat" forever.
My experience with Mitotropin was very similar to Thyrotabs, though I lost a bit more fat, and felt better throughout. There were brief bouts of headaches, some nights where sleep was interrupted, and some increase in bowel movements and consistincy the first week. Other than that, no complaints. In 4 weeks I lost 12.5lbs, going from 196 to 183.5. BF went down 7% from 16 to 9, and all six abs were fully visible, especially after the blue diuretic pills. I think its an excellent product, but I wouldnt judge it on those two reviews.
On a side note, I also think its better stacked with a PH or DS for improved results.
