epi makeing me break out?

In my 3rd week of my epi cycle.. 20/30/40/40.. getting acne on my neck and some on my face a bit.. anyone else get this? is there something I could be doing wrong on my cycle that could be causeing this??
 
In my 3rd week of epi too. I have a few on my face and neck too, not many. And of all places on one arm. WTF is that about? I have like 4 or 5 zits on one of my arms right now. I'm not worried about it though. I heard B5 can help with it though.
 
... and it might be worse... during PCT.

Kinda sucks but you just need to manage things as best you can & not bother stressing. It'll pass.
