Orange flavor *protein blend*

Ok, this stuff mixes better than my isopure-cost less than half-and tastes just as good. And I didn't get some crazy sh** like cookies and cream or cheesecake. Friggin orange mixes with water and is great.
My question maybe has to do with the 'blend' part. Because its cheaper than all the other types would the mixture have some slight side effects? I gets the farts.:wiggle:

Well just looking at the ingredients, it looks to me like it has a higher percentage of concentrate (the stuff that lactose intolerant people have issues with) and it has no digestive enzyme (Aminogen).

I'm not saying you'll have issues, but I'd say the chances are higher than with say ON. Either way, AtW's stuff is good and I hope you don't have a problem with it!

ON?

Optimum Nutrition, it's a popular brand.

Oh gotcha. Could be the missing digestive enzyme. My doctor did say I had an allergy to whey many many years ago but i've been able to tuff it out and some are worse than others. The stuff is good for many reasons. Maybe I'll look into that enzyme. Thanks.

You can grab a bottle of lactase from any major supplement retailer for cheap...no more then $5 for a 100 or more tabs. I know gnc's brand works well.

Thats what i figured. Although maybe my body is getting used to it now because I'm not having much in the way of troubles anymore. But good for future reference...
