havoc....how long to take off?

I'm currently running havoc 20/30/30/30 how many weeks off should I take before starting my next Havoc cycle? thanks for any help.

the general rule of thumb is cycle+PCT=time off

ex. 4 weeks+4weeks=8 weeks off til next cycle
