Nolvadex

I just started the one and was thinking of getting some Nolva to have on hand. Is Nolva not sold on regular sites because I have had the hardest time finding it anywhere.
 
so here a question. How does a guy go in to a doctor and get prescribed nolvadex? (obviously without saying you have been juicing)
