Going for a run with MMV2+H-Drol

Yea, I'm feeling good. Starting to feel a bit tighter throughout the body. My appetite is a bit off. I am still eating everything up but am not overly hungry. I do get the occassional craving for sure still but to be expected.
My recovery time is noticeably faster. I'm ready to do like triple sessions during the week. But I am pretty sore from chest/tri's on saturday so who knows. It will be shoulders/legs tomorrow so we'll see.

Yep, you're "on" if you feel like you want to murder the gym every single day. That is one of the hardest things about coming off the sauce, that you start feeling the pain from your workouts again. Keep up the hard work bro.

Tomorrow I will bump up the weights a bit just for fun. A nice warm up set and then into some heavier stuff but aiming for the same reps. We'll see how it goes. And I'm going to try and keep the time between sets to around 30 seconds so I really burn in and get out.

Yea, it's fun to be on cycle, but it's tough with a girlfriend who is in the dark about it. I have to say I thought I had bounced back completely from my Mdrol cycle, and to be honest, I hadn't... know how I know? Because since I have seemed to have "fully" recovered, my libido is raging again... I felt like an old man for about 4 months there, where I really didn't give a sh!t about sex. Now I can really tell the difference in my performance. I am gonna cycle again, probably more than a few times still... but I am definately gonna keep it to 2-3 times a year MAX (2-3 depending on how harsh the compounds are)... I have a clean bill of health, thank god, but I want to keep it that way.

Well, the doc will be informed as far as my cycles go from now on, I would like to get blood tests for every cycle from here on out. I need to see what my insurance covers though. My girlfriend however just wouldn't understand. She doesn't want me getting much bigger she says (to which my reply is: tough sh*t sweatheart), but if she knew I was doing steroids to get bigger she would probably not approve... I'm not sure if she would leave me anymore, but she would make my life very difficult. She has heard me say the word "pro-hormone" before... but she hasn't yet realized that pro-hormones convert to steroids in the body...

As far as the pinning with the Doc goes... eh, I have quite a bit of designers to blow through first, and I want to get to know the guy and be his patient for a while before I just go asking him to pin me... I don't want him thinking I am some reckless idiot that is trying to abuse his good nature.

The weather has started to warm up a bit... surf has been hit or miss, a lot of the swells have been 2 day swells... which makes it hard to plan on where and when to go when you are as busy as I am these days.

Eh, this is on my work computer... totally protected from someone of her computer skills.
 
My wife blames every argument that we have gotten into the last 6+ months on all the pills I am taking. She wants me to stop, but our unhappiness during that period was not related to the pills. I just hope I can control my temper better on MMV3 vs. Xtreme Tren.

SHOULDERS/LEGS

A solid run through today. The weights were feeling light and the rest in between was almost non-existent.

First stop was dumb bell presses. 1 warm up set with the 50's for 10. Then it was to the 70's,80's, and 90's. 10 reps for each. I could have gone heavier but didn't want to get ahead of myself.
Then onto side laterals, rears, front plate raises, and some up rights. finished with shrugs. All the rest of the weights were about the same. Though the plate raises felt easier. I managed 3 sets of 12 with the 45 immediately into the 25 for another 12. Good burn at the end of each set.
Shrugs were the finisher. 100's for 3 sets of 15 each. My grip even felt better on the last set. Interesting.
The legs was pretty much the basic maintenence. I have stuck with this routine for quite a while and it has served me well.
Start with leg press. 4 plates each side. 4 sets pyramiding down 20,16,12,10. 30 seconds between each set.
Then to extensions. 4 sets of 15. light to moderate weight. My older knees have had a few injuries and this lighter squeeze really does the trick.
Then to standing hammies. 4 sets of 15. followed by seated hams same.
Ending with calves. 3 sets of standing raises of 20 reps. moderate weight.
Into seated for 3 sets of 15. again moderate.
Then to donkey raises. 3 sets with heavier weight.

All the exercises went well and the rest in between was almost un-needed. Though I thought super setting the entire routine would have been a bit much.

And I am feeling no sides at all at this point. I have been taking 3 grams of Taurine 3 times day so the back pumps that were brutal last time at 75mg/day of H are not here. I'm knocking on wood right now because they did come on during the 3rd and 4th week last time. I have been getting a bit hot or flushed after the later MMV2 dose in the afternoon. This makes the evenings more interesting as I feel a nice pump when at home.
But overall so far so good.

Tell ya the truth, MMV2 made me more aggressive than any other hormone I have taken.

It really isn't that the tren is so hard-core, it's the fact that I was a moron and ran a stack that was too much for me to take.

I do remember you saying that the MMV2 made you a maniac. Well, maybe more so than naturally.

And I don't know about moron but maybe the philosophy of go big or go home got taken too literally? But past is past and you are back and healthy and ready. That counts as does the lesson learned. Chalk it up and move on.

Lol... I swear I am a mellow guy most of the time. Everyone on here thinks I am a d*ck though. Oh well.

the hand feels 100%... I don't want to pay for more xrays, so I'm just going by feel and being careful. I don't know if it is 100%, but I am still picking up 400+ lbs on a weekly basis, so I figure it is good enough to lift.

And thanks, but I was a moron, no need to sugarcoat it. Lesson learned, it's not the first moronic thing I have ever done either.

I meant the maniac comment with the utmost respect. It takes one to know one. I am totally mellow most of the time myself but that rage o' meter can spike sometimes at the drop of a hat. Hormones or not. and being a d*ck isn't a bad thing sometimes.

Good to hear that the hand is on the mend. And smart to take it easy as well. But if you are still deading 400+ it must be pretty much back to "normal".

And I think everyone will do more moronic things in life. Lessons learned. Once you stop learning you are dead.
 
SO today I have been feeling pumped for no reason. I have had a pump in my arms for a majority of the day. Much more vascular and all for no reason. So that is a fun effect of this stack.
I am starting to feel a mild back pump which is a bit of a drag. I have been on the Taurine and potassium and lots of water. I may have to up the Taurine but its at 9 g/day now. We'll see.
Tomorrow is big back and bi's so we'll see what type of weight I can throw around and how pumped my arms will get. And I'll step on a scale for the first time in a while to check that too.
 
Man I wish I could get that feeling. I can't even get a pump going after a w/o. Sounds like you are starting to roll here M. I hope the back pumps don't hinder at all. Are you still dosing 75 H and 5 MMV2?
 
Sounds like the perfect combo is kicking in. I am on day 5 of mmv3 and it is treating me right. Do you think 5 caps of mmv2 is enough. I am debating 5 caps for 18 days or 6 caps for 15 days. Remember, I won't have H-Drol to assist it.

And I'm with AZ. You can test it out and make adjustments accordingly. Though I don't get too jittery from the Y in this so adding more pre w/o doesn't really make me spazz out. Makes me sweat and makes me want to work the entire time but it's not like taking a NO or over dose of caffeine.

Ahh the update. I will make 2 separate posts for both workouts.

Saturday was back/bi's.
Felt really good going in. After the warm up I was WARMED up! Good sweat from 15 min. on the bike. Started with some chins to just stretch and loosen. 3 sets of 6. Lame I know but I'm pulling a lot of man up to that bar.
Then went into hammer strength pull downs with a under hand grip. I guess thats the machine? But 4 sets working up to 3 45's on each side for a sets of 8 each.
Then onto incline seated rows with a wide bar. 4 sets of 8. moderate weight.
Then to V-bar pull down behind the head. Lighter weight just for a pump. Gets me almost into my armpits. Gives me a good pump. 4 sets light.
Then to T-bar rows. Heavy. 6 sets completed ending with 5 plates for a set of 8 on the last one. Back was feeling like a barn door. HUGE pump.

Then the Bi's were pumping already but we got into some hammer preacher curls to start. 3 sets working with a 50. then onto seated alternating curls. worked with a 55 for 3 sets of 10. Then onto a standing flat bar curl. 3 sets with a 120 barbell for 10 reps. Finished with EZ bar preacher curls. 3 sets till failure. and the last one didn't take long till failure.

But it was a solid workout. Felt a huge pump and veins were popping up out of places that had never been seen before.
And I felt no sides. little back pump during but I am keeping on the Taurine and H2O so we'll see.
 
Then this morning was chest and tri's.
Started again with the SMith. easy warmups up to working sets with 275 for a set of 8 and went a bit heavier and put 3 45's on each side and banged out a strong set of 8. That was the heaviest weight I've messed with in a while and it felt great. I was almost taking no breaks at first so I had to slow myself down. Probably had something to do with the 4 MMV2's I popped before going to the gym.
Then we went onto cable crosses/ 3 sets of lighter weight for a pump. Then to incline db press. 3 sets 75,85,95. hit 8 reps for each. that was also the heaviest DB I've handled in a while too. Feeling good! then to flyes. handled 50's for the 3 sets to failure and stretch.
Then to dips. 3 sets of 10 each. Killer pump at this point. Then to pec dec for a deep lower squeeze. Moderate weight to failure for 3 sets. lower chest felt like it was going to blow up!
then we hit out 8 sets of 8 on the rope extension machine. I made the weight from last week so I moved the weight up a plate for this week. And I made it this week as well. It was a struggle to get through the last 3 sets though. Arms were blowing up. I wish I has a tape at that very instant. Felt huge. Then we did some push downs and standing ropes for a light finaly pump and were out.

Felt really strong today. My joints felt good and had that alpha feeling. Though I have been a bit snappy around the house lately. Work has been getting to me and then I come home to home stuff and I've been holding it in all day and it erupts at home. SO I have to work on that this week for sure. But on the whole I am feeling great.
No sides aside from the back pumps. All the male equipment is functioning. Though I do remember reading somewhere that the Y causes, what they call shrinkage? That may be my one odd observation. It's like I'm getting out of a cold pool and he's like a frightened turtle. It still works well but just hanging around is a little shorter than usual.

But feeling great. Though I stepped on the scale today and it said 305?? I look tighter through the chest/shoulders/arms and my belly is definitely tighter as well. I'm not complaining but it struck me as odd. Not in a bad way just odd.
 
Damn bubba...305!! That is massive at 6'1". Nice couple of w/o days there. Cranked up the MMV2 to 4 pre w/o huh....sounds like it has you rockin'. Everything sounds great with this stack. Keep it going M!!

Yea, I was surprised at the scale myself. My belt is in a notch and my shirts are more snug through the arms so go figure.

and I figured why not try the 4 MMV2 before the workout? Right? Go big, get big and get out!

Just been training hard, really upping the cardio - haven't lost much strength aside from a few pounds on squats... Also taking it easy on deadlifts... just because I think I've reached diminishing marginal returns there for awhile... That and I don't think my form is good enough to be pulling 425.

Don't be like me and screw up your back doing deads. I am pretty sure that is what I was doing when I tweaked it initially. Sadly I think I was only doing 225lbs, but bad form = injuries.

Eh, I still f*ck with people at the gym on a daily basis... I get mad... Sh*t, I'm sure I have some stories. Usually just fools curling in the power rack though.

Yeah, cardio is consisting of a 2.5 mile run and a .5 mile sprint instead of the usual two, along with 20 minutes of bag work each time I work out. My leg days are still brutal - so I just do bag work that day. Makes no sense to jump on the treadmill then.

Deadlifts are still a great mass-builder... but I was getting mass where I didn't want it. My mid back developed like crazy on either side of my spine, pretty much because my dead volume was nuts - now I'm just going to work on fine tuning my overall back I guess.. Maybe deadlift once a month up to 315, unless I'm in a bad mood. :lol:

Really feel great though, chest strength is better than ever - look a lot leaner and more cut up... except my thighs still don't fit in 80% of my jeans.
