creatine help

im 185 lbs, pretty lean, turning 18 in a month and am a high school senior who looks forward to the gym 4-5 days a week. my current 1 rep bench max is close to 300 but not quite there and i have never taken creatine. i take eas 100% whey, omega 3 fatty acid concentrate, the now adam multi and white flood as a pre-workout. my diet fluctuates because my school interferes with my ability to choose lunch or get a solid breakfast, a protein shake is typical in the morning.
all in all, im just interested in whether or not creatine is a good way to go.
i have read that there are no known side effects to users, but i am no professional and could use any advice. thanks

Creatine is great for building mass. It's already in the meat you eat, more so in red meat. The benefits far exceed any negative effects which only include bloating. Bloating is avoidable anyhow and there are many different types of creatine. I personally like crealkyline and CEE. You would definitely benefit. I would recommend Green Magnitude or Green Bulge from Controlled Labs. It will help flood your muscles with nutrients as well. I really can't see any way that you wouldn't benefit from a solid dose of creatine

Creatine has been proven to be effective, and has been around for over19 years.DON'T fall for cee products.Simple Creaform by Primaforce is inexpensive and reputable.Make sure if you decide to supplement w/creatine to increase your water intake.

i found creatine monohydrate for very cheap on bodybuilding.com
would you advise against this form?
what type of creatine does green mag have, i tried a sample that i got in the mail just so as to not waste it and the **** tastes good

Magnesium Creatine Chelate, its supposed to give a better strength boost. I love green mag, and it does taste awesome. Like cotton candy. I mix it with apple juice.

Primaforce Creaform runs about 16.-17.00 for 1 kilo.Simple/effective.200 servings, but it's YOUR money. If you wanna go for the "tasty" expensive "hype" products...knock yourself out!

i thought creatine was tasteless anyhow

not really. CEE tastes like balls. Most name brand creatines will come with a flavor package. you can buy bulk from nutraplanet for really cheap though. mono doesn't taste too bad. krealkyline tabs are still my favorite. don't have to worry about taste when you're swallowing tablets. make sure you get pharm. grade though

i heard powders were supposed to be infinitely more effective than the tablets, but of course ive never done it and have no idea

I would just pick up some quality Creatine Mono if you have never used any before...
