HG Releasers for Anti-Aging?

I've been trying to do some research on HGH releasers and am getting varying opinions on their effectiveness. I can't pay for HGH so after a little research it seems like HGH releasers are the next best thing, or the super-poor man's version of HGH that can be taken orally. I'm completely in the dark when it comes to this stuff; I do research online but never take much out of it and buy all my stuff through the Vitamin Shoppe.

Does anyone have opinions on whether these work or not? Are these legal to buy?

My main goals for this are to:

improve skin tone
improve skin elasticity
reduce signs of aging

Please let me know what else works well for this... I read that simple almond oil can go a long way in mitigating the affects of aging but I am not sure if this is true. Thanks in advance.

I think it depends how old you are. If you're under 50 you chances are better. If you're over 70 they may not work very well.

late twenties. im worried about the effects of sun exposure catching up to my skin as i worked in the sun for a few years. i want to preempt any damage that might come or that has already taken place, and if possible, improve the condition of my skin.

im not sure if HGH releasers are used for this or not.

i skimmed through that link,

what i have taken away is that a lot of the stuff taken orally does not really live up the hype. but i am not sure if they are referring to the anabolic effects for building muscle, or for skin anti-aging effects.

that said, what are some options for improving the skin condition (elasticity, cell building, etc,)? is anything out there that can be used for this?

I like the L-lysine/Arginine combo. At your age, it will boost GH, and L-lysine increases collagen. I also like acetyl L-carnitine and alpha lipoic acid. That combination works to recondition mitochondrial DNA and strengthen the immune system.
