Ok to all of the supp taker. If you could all take a few minutes and sprinkle me (Dumbass) with some information on some terms and abb. First off, what the hell does PCT stand for and why is it important? Ok, next, . Why is it neccessary to stack and what is the overall benefit. Moving on. I have been working out for 10 years. started out at 170, currently weigh 215. 13 percent body fat. Just in the last year started to get serious about the damn thing, well after a guy i work with started educating me on all the proteins and other **** i have never heard of. So i started with the proteins and other simple stuff. still same size. So, i started researching and trying to understand. I looked up HGH, which is way to expensive for me. So my co-worker mention TEST booster. Im like," what the hell is that." He explained in terms i was not understanding so i started doing research and ended up here. I have read a lot of good stuff but still need more info.
