I made a post a week or so ago about an artisan bakery near me that does sugar free/low carb treats. Well, they now have a website.

Some of you PM'd me for their e-mail and phone number to get a menu so I thought I'd pass it on! It says on the site that it's a temporary site though the lady at the counter (Abbey) told me they hired a web guy and are going to be opening a better site soon.
I have had just about all their cookies, and a few of their cakes in the past few months. The stuff is really great and the cookies rock about 1 to 1.5 carbs a cookie depending on the type (they have like 15). I guess they have been getting a ton of mail order stuff from diabetics and low carbers, so they started the site.

I've been meaning to experiment with some recipes for keto cookies..high in protein and fat. Using coconut oil, almond butter, etc..they would taste amazing.
 
I was just in the bakery today (needed to get a cake for a party this weekend) and they had Low Carb Protein cookies. I gave in and bought one! It had like 12 grams of protein in it and like 2 carbs. It was soooo good. I didn't ask around because the shop was crazy busy, but I bet they are getting a bunch of lifters in there. Within three blocks of their bakery is a Lifestyle fitness and one of the huge Lifetime Fitness gyms (the big three level ones with like 4 pools). They have to get a bunch of business form there. I know they aren't on the website, but maybe if anyone e-mailed them they could provide more info. They had them in chocolate and vanilla orange. I got the Van orange and it taste like a Push-Up!
