Going for a run with MMV2+H-Drol

I am pumped for you to get started man! I just got back from my Cabo trip and I ate and drank like a king. Now it is time to get the diet nailed in and get back to the grind stone. I am glad you are doing better and ready to gain some awesome lean mass!

DUDE!
I'm so jealous to hear that Silver. Give me the high light reel from that Cabo trip. Eating and drinking like a king is probably a huge understatement.

I am ready to eat and bang weights out like an animal next week. I'm getting my cravings out this week and it will be on the tight leash for about 10 weeks after that. We'll see how it goes. I'll be keeping the log updated for sure to keep everyone involved.

Its finally on. Started day one of this run. Took 2 doses of H-drol, 50 mg and 3 MMV2 so far. I will be giving semi-weekly updates to keep the log fresh along the way.

I also have some PCT related questions to ask but have some time until that comes around.

I'm fired up because IT'S ON!

Found out I have a tear in the L4/L5 disk. Some days it is sore, others it is not too bad. I am trying to deal with it, but I will be changing to a lower weight/high rep set. I have an appt with an Ortho on Thursday and hopefully I can find out what the near future will bring.

It's not the worst news to hear though it surely sucks. But it may be a blessing to get you to switch over to a different rep/weight scheme before any major damage is done.

And we can talk about anyone and anything here for sure. You guys are my F'N Guys! Thats how we are gonna roll!

I am married as well so that is why I gotta leave some things out. From what my friends tell me it is pretty much anything goes in the gentleman's clubs. ;-) The regular clubs were pretty cool as well, but lots of young girls and I am too old to chase any of them around. I actually was pretty tame and just enjoying the nice weather and no responsibility.

I hear that. Just to go and be irresponsible would be a gift in itself. I am too old to be chasing anything around so I hear you on that. It's no good for my slef esteem. I don't want to be that creepy old bald guy trying to bag hot young chicks. Sounds good but its over.

Where've you been GMoney? It's been boring without your surly self around these parts. How are you healing up?

Really well actually. My hand is feeling 100%, but I don't actually know if it is completely healed, I don't want to pay for more X-rays.

Went to the doc today, and my blood tests came back. Everything was normal (including my test levels) other than my HDL, which was low... but I kinda expected that. My liver values are all good, my BP is great, my heart rate is dandy, and the EKG showed that my heart is not enlarged at all. My doctor actually had no idea that I was running hormones. I told him about it, and it turns out he actually prescribes test cyp to about 10 of his patients. He told me that if I was ever going to pin that I should just go to him and have him do it for safety's sake. I was really impressed to have such an open minded doc... looks like I chose the right one. He even went so far as to say that the media blows steroid use way out of proportion. I was really surprised to say the least.

So, I think I am gonna wait another month or two, cut down a little, and then hit the Hdrol/Feraguno up and have a mellow 5-6 weeker. My peace of mind is much sounder now that I know I am in good health. Time to just up the fish oil and keep pressing on with business.

I'll be back to posting here regularly in a little bit. I have had to unsubscribe to a bunch of threads as AM was just taking up way too much of my time, but I'll still be around for my buddies threads. I have been keeping an eye on your cycle, don't think I am not here just because I am being quiet.

Timber is taking a break from logging. He said he was kinda bummed that a lot of the old crew isn't around anymore. Plus he had an issue with nolvadex that I'll let him explain, but I think he is gonna chill on the hormone use for a while. I'll bug him next time I catch him on AIM to drop by and drop a line.

I personally like a a description of the various exercises with any PRs that you acheive. I am not one to take the notepad to the gym so I sometimes forget the various weights except when I know I have done something that impresses myself. However, if you want feedback on your routine there are others that can provide great feedback if you fully list it out.

I am also very interested in the sides, weight, blood pressure, libido, and overall feelings. I feel those are a good judge of how the cycle is progressing.

I miss all my ABI brothers as well. I know they are here in spirit though.

That great state you live in is ahead of many places on certain things that may be called taboo. Scrips for some medicinal? I'll take one of those too.

And thanks for the Timber update as well. He seemed bummed at the end of his run so I thought he would be laying low for a while.

I am ready for you to be back in action for sure. Heal up and feel well.

Thanks for the feedback brother. I'm a no notepad guy myself but do remember when a PR has been smashed. I'll throw in some rough routines perhaps and see how that goes.

I am with you that the real cycle feedback does come from the other catergories that you listed. That can give guys a real feel for how things are going. I will keep those as up to date as possible except maybe blood pressure. My arms and those machines at Wal Mart don't work that well. I'll get it checked somehow.

Now then, us inquiring minds would like to know of any nice poundage increases with the iron or scale, how the dosing is used, and any sides that may present themselves. Other than that....tear it up and have a blast!!

AZ, you are in it for the long haul. And I did get a chuckle off the AIG comment before. Funny but sad all in one.

I will keep the log as detailed as I can. I am hoping for poundage to go up in the iron and down on the scale. Always the goal for me.

And for my first observations on day 4, I feel like my appetite is going down? I am still eating at the same rate but feel like I am not starving during my last meals of the day like before. I used to get through the day and really be hungry for my last 2 meals but not so much. That and I have a bit of acne sprouting up on my chest which is very rare. So who knows what that means. Just early observations.
Other wise, feeling good. Going to hit some shoulders and a quick leg run through this afternoon. I will update after for sure.

Just go with what you wana log man, no ones forcing you to do anything. I think keeping a log is fun because I can see what weights I have been putting up and get advice from others!

I hear you. I was just fishing for opinion. But you do raise a good point that by posting the numbers you can look back and check your progress. That never even occurred to me.

Man I feel like a slack ass the last several days. I have not worked out since Friday after finding out that my back is fukked. Monday and Tuesday I planned to go during lunch, but got bombarded with meetings until after 1PM and was too hungry to put off lunch. I am going for sure today because I feel like a bum even though I have a bad back and an cold. I have an appointment tomorrow to find out the plan of action is to heal this damn thing.

I can't wait to find out how week 2-3 treat you on these compounds.
 
No need to feel like a bum Silver, just treat it like a cruise period where you do enough weight to keep the strength but nothing to failure. Kick up the cardio a bit also...just stay active and hopefully there is good news on Thursday!!

AZ is right Silver. Take care of that back and change up the routine for a while to see if that back will cure up a bit. Hit that appointment up and get that plan in place.
And I hate it when life gets in the way of my workouts too!
 
SHOULDERS

Hit up a brief shoulder burn. Started with seated shoulder presses 3 sets of 10 reps. 75,85,95. that felt really good. I did take 2 MMV2 about five minutes before going to warm up. Then I went through the regular shoulder stuff. Side laterals, rears, front raises with a 45 pound plate sets of 10 followed immediately by a set of 10 with a 25 pound plate. Then some shrugs with the 100's. 3 sets of 15.

I felt really good after having a moderate layoff from training from being sick. Felt a great pump. I am going to bump up the H-drol to 75mg/day tomorrow as well. I am not sure weather I will bump the MMV2 up as today was the first day that I took 5. 2 AM 1 at noon, 2 Pwo at around 2:30. We'll see. But I haven't had any sleep issues as of yet so it may stay that way. I do workout in the AM on the weekends so it will be a bit different then. I would be taking 50 h-drol and 2 MMV2 right upon waking and then go to train.

But this first session went really well. I will be stoked, like Silver said, to see how this is going in about 3 weeks.
 
Sounds like a good routine with the dosing M. Take in a week and see where you stand as far as any pros or cons happening and adjust accordingly. See how you react big man..

On a side note, I feel like my appetite is becoming less lately. I'm not sure what it is but I am keeping on my schedule of meals and times.
So I'm not sure what that means but I feel good and should continue to do so going forward.

I think it's too early to tell. I did have a crazy pump after the shoulders/traps routine. I don't think the scale has moved at all.
But my pants feel looser, if that means anything yet.

I think in about 3 weeks I'll be able to answer that question in a much better way.
 
I think I remember GMG saying his appetite dropped while running a methylated compound but, I think it was a bit harsher than H. Maybe he can chime in here on it. Keep the food intake up as best you can big man.

I hear you on that. The last time I ran the H-drol I don't remember anything to do with the appetite supression. I was thinking it may be the MMV2? But whatever it is I am keeping the food up and clean for me.

I will be hitting big chest and tri's tomorrow AM so we'll see what that brings. I am sort of torn between how many MMV2's I will take pre w/o? I will be taking 50mg H-drol and I usually take 2 MMV2 in the AM anyway. Maybe a bump because it is right before I train?
Any thoughts?

I took 1 mmv2 in the AM, then another 2 pre workout. You can just do 3 pre workout if you want some extra energy :)

I was trying to think in the TG terms. WWTGD? I may take the 3 tomorrow and let it rip. Big chest and tri day and who wouldn't like some extra pop for that day?
I felt good when taking the extra one before the shoulders so we'll see. I'll check in tomorrow after the workout and let everyone know.

How long was the time between your doses? I will be up around 6ish and then be leaving to go train at 7:30. And like you said, the extra energy can't hurt a bit. I don't get any real rush or jitters off of the 2 now so I think going up for that one won't be too much of a shock.

maybe 3 hours between dosages. Maybe just take all 3 when you wake up so then it's kicking in when you hit the gym.

And a different question. Do you think there is a place for some T911 in my PCT plan? I want to give that and the Anadraulic State a try but had this to go through first. Any thoughts?

So instead of the PCS put in the T911 and AS? I like that idea. I just hope by that time I can get those through Nutra and not at GNC-rap.
That and I can't find any 6 OXO anywhere either. Nutra's trione is the substitute for that as well?

Today's report.
Chest and tri's.
Took 3 MMV2 and 2 H-drol with morning shake and supports as usual. Felt good and recovery time seemed to be down as we sped through the routine. Did the basics.
Smith Machine inclines 4 sets of 8 reps each stopping at 2 45's and a 25 on each side. I'd say 275 but guys would freak knowing that it isn't really that weight. So thats the break down.
then to cable crosses 3 sets of 10 reps. moderate weight for a pump/squeeze.
Dumb bell presses 3 sets of 8 reps. 75/85/95 followed by flyes. 40's for the same sets/reps. deep stretch high squeeze. big pump going at this point.
Onto dips. 3 sets 10 reps each. deep stretch and squeeze.
then to the pec dec for a final squeeze. I set the seat high and try to squeeze the bottom portion of the chest tight at the end. 3 sets 10 reps.
Then to tri's. we have this long rope that you kneel in front of and put your elbows on this V arm rest and go over your head with. I've never seen a machine like it in any other gym and I think it hits the total tricep. We do 8 sets of 8 and then if we can complete the entire movement you move the weight up a plate for the next week.
So I banged out that followed by push downs and ropes. Those were each 3 sets and 10 reps each.

And that was it. in and out in about an hour. I felt strong, pumped and energized. Came home and had an other shake and the BCAA's. then it will be eating and weekend fun.

You can only get T911 at GNC or via LG's site. On their site use the AM50 and get 50% off. It is cheaper that way than at GNC.

Thanks for that info brother. I will use that to get the PCT goodies for sure.

And on a side note, after training I don't feel quite as sore as before. I feel like I could train again tomorrow at optimum output. I am sore but not destroyed don't want to think about training those bodyparts again for a week sore.

Methylated compounds are harsh on the liver, regardless of the compound. Sometimes this stress on the liver can cause a loss of appetite. My loss of appetite was on Mdrol, but I imagine it could happen during any methyl... didn't notice it as much on epistane though.

Good to hear from you Bro. Glad you are feeling well. I can imagine you are itching to get a log going again.

Yea, I'm feeling good. Starting to feel a bit tighter throughout the body. My appetite is a bit off. I am still eating everything up but am not overly hungry. I do get the occassional craving for sure still but to be expected.
My recovery time is noticeably faster. I'm ready to do like triple sessions during the week. But I am pretty sore from chest/tri's on saturday so who knows. It will be shoulders/legs tomorrow so we'll see.
