Oh yeah, my gal was talking about her the other day bc she is on the cover of the new cosmo- she is really hot though, isn't she in the sports illustrated swimsuit issue?
Nothing worse than soreness getting in the way of lifting.
Try this: take half a scoop of Somnidren sublingually, wait till like 75% of it is dissolved then pop 2, ZMK and chase everything down with water. 30 min later, take the other half scoop of Somnidren and the 2 other ZMK (I just stick the powder and caps all in my mouth at one time for the 2nd dose) chase it with some water and you should be ZzZzZz in no time.
Last Night:
I took AK's advise and dosed the goods like this:
It took a little longer for me to fall asleep w/ this procedure. It could have been that I was watching the Rocket's game on tv and they blew a 17 point lead and almost ended up losing, but that's a whole other story. I woke up ready to get worked out by my Mom's pt at the gym.
The Workout:
The pt was a pretty cool guy. He had two other people and me working out together on a leg day. I thought it was going to be easy and stuff, but I got that wrong. Started off w/ a 8 min warm up on the treadmill. Once I was done he had me lunge the whole distance of the gym w/ two 25 lb plates, down and back. Then 50 toe touches w/ a 10 lbs plate. After that I did leg presses w/ one 45 lb plate per side, then 50 more toe touches. Then 40 lb DB lunges for 1/2 the distance and back, 50 more toe touches, 2 45 lb plate leg presses. Then all of that one more time but w/ 3 45 lb plates on the leg press. All of the sets of leg presses were sets of 20 reps.
After Thoughts:
This was a way different type of workout than I expected. I was drained after this one. It was way harder than I thought it would be. I'm not even gonna lie, but I felt weezy after this one and I even through up a little bit after my last set of leg presses. I have no idea why I felt like this, I guess it was just that hard of a workout. I didn't feel bad before, and I don't feel bad now. I'm going back up to Centerville tomorrow, I don't know what time so I don't know if I'm gonna lift here or there. It doesn't matter anyway. I have no idea on how I'm gonna take the ZMK & Somnidren-GH tonight. I may try something new, but who knows.

Workout sounds intense. How bad do you think DOMS will be tomorrow
I'm in and checking this one closely there jdg as I work the grave yard and I wake up like anywhere from 3-5 times a day. 47 yr old and not sleeping sometimes gets everything out of whack.
Yeah I've heard of him, I thought he went to New Mexico U not state. I heard that he was one of the best shooters in Houston like last year or the year before. Cypress Spring always has some pretty good players on the team. My boy Jerome plays on the football team at New Mexico too, in the secondary.
Last Night:
I dosed the ZMK & Somnidren the same way as the previous night, but this night I didn't watch any exciting tv. I was asleep noticeably faster than the previous attempt at this dosing. I had another night of perfect sleep. I had to wake up earlier than I would have so I could lift in Houston, then drive back to my current residence.
The Workout:
I could only get 20 lbs on me for the pull ups/dips combo.
30 reps of pull up & 30 parallel bar dips in 5:45.
Reverse grip curls @ 60 lbs - 2 x 8
DB extensions @ 70 lbs - 2 x 5
60 seconds between sets, alternated sets too
After Thoughts:
The pull ups were noticeably easier this time. I got 10 straight reps on my first attempt. I hadn't done parallel dips in so long and they were harder than I remembered. I used to do sets of 10 or 12 w/ 45 lbs on me. I was struggling to get them today w/ only 20 lbs on me. The workout was really fast today, I got to get my stuff packed up and head out in a few minutes now. I had my usual post workout shake. Then just now I finished another shake w/ 20 grams of protein, 1 cup of oats, 4 Tbsp of flax seeds. I am gonna try to get a burrito at freebirds or some kind of food once I leave my house. Tomorrow I'm going to hit the deads hard, to make up for last weeks failed attempt. My legs are not sore from yesterday at all. I should be able to go at 100% w/ them.
Yep appreciate the tips AK, man I wish I could 9 hours of sleep myself. I seem to wake up almost exactly 8 hours after I fell asleep no matter what I got going on the next day. It's like instantaneous straight up. How was your workout last night AK?
(Chest/Shoulder/Traps)
*5 reps and 5 sets of each with a 45 second rest between sets*
DB Bench Press - 80/90/100/110/120(only got 4 reps)
DB Incline Bench Press - 60/65/70/75/80
Flye Machine - 125/155/175/195/215
Reverse Peck-Deck - 125/135/155/165/155
DB Overhead Press - 40/50/60/70/70
Plate Upright Row - 80/100/110/120/130
Cable Lateral Raise - 20/20/30/30/20
DB Shrug - 95/100/110/120/130
Nothing special really, lol. Just a different style of training from the previous month of doing one body part a week with a little more rest in between sets. For a few of the exercises I had to drop the weight so I could continue with proper form to finish.
Dang AK, only 45 sec rest! Your beastin, I hope one day I will be able to get these type of numbers. Jeez your making me feel jealous. One question though, what is a plate upright row? Do you just hold the plates and do an upright row?
Yea the 45 sec rest is killing me, lol. The workouts are focused on building strength though. I might have to pick up some more Osteo-Sport for this month
It's like the machine this lady is using. Only instead of loading free weights on it, there is a stack of plates.
Im at the library so im sorry that I cannot fully read this thread and comment until I have internet back at the house...but I wanted to sub in and say good luck![]()
Awesome dream man, had me rolling
Hack Squats was something I could never get the feel for. No matter how many times I attempted these, I just felt awkward. Felt like I was going to pull all of the hair off the back of my legs when lifting up.
Oh yea... Be prepared for some of the craziest, most realistic and vivid dreams you have ever experienced, EVER lol.
Last Night:
Another perfect night of sleeping w/ only 4 ZMK. Real deep sleep, didn't wake up in the middle of the night. I had a lot of work outside today, but I got them done early. Tomorrow is another upper body day, I can't wait for it.
Yep I miss the Somnidren for sure, really miss the sweet taste. The recovery has been good, but I think it is getting even better. Like yesterday I was doing pretty hard/intense work outside which involved lots of pushing a heavy wheel barrow around, bending over to pick a bunch of stuff up, and moving other things around. Any other time my lower back would be stiff as can be, but I have no pain/soreness what so ever. I even had to do some of the same stuff today, and it still didn't hurt one bit.
I agree.That's definitely awesome buddy !
It's amazing what a good night's sleep is capable of doing for us![]()
I see we're both heavily grooving on our stack. I HATE when I don't get to take my Somnidren. - 5 on, 2 off...I get bummed on those 2 days off. Haha...Not that my sleep isn't great on ZMK alone, but something about Somnidren is amazing. I agree with the "good sleep, but not out as soon as you hit the pillow" thing. On Somnidren, it takes me about 2 mins max to fall asleep.
Sounds like an awesome experience so far!! There isnt even much I can say, haha. Great workouts and great job overall.

Agreed!
Looks solid all the way around.
