Six Pack Stack Support Sack | A MUST READ!!!

I feel like an underwear model after one of those anabolic dumps.
ya in one week now ive dropped 13 pounds but i think 10 lbs has been anabolicly dumpped out my ass. hoping that part will get better or go away i had to call off of work today cause in the 3 hours ive been awake ive had to run to the bathroom 4 times.

Hey guys I know it has been a while since I posted in this thread. I am still running the six pack stack. I will post some pics next week to show progress. Once again thanks for all your supports, especially you Casey.

I was wondering about you, Great to hear you are still rolling.

I am working with the Six-Pack Stack as well right now and I am incorporating a Carb Cycling layout into my Westside Barbell training schedule. Check my mlog for info on the diet...

Thank you for the kind words bud

This cut phase is playing with me mentally, because as much as I want to get that "cut" look, I hate feeling like I am getting smaller. But my spirits (well head swole), when I was at the bank this weekend. Older guy asked me "You play football man?" I said "Nah". Then he said, "You wrestle?" I said "Nah, why?" He said " you are a big dude" He made my day right there. I left with a big smile on my face... true story. Glad to see you on stack Casey, I wish you all the best.

Immediately cease Anabolic-Pump use. That is not common.

Is it possible you have another illness/minor flu or something of that nature?

haha i love that! I had that happen to me once at a Casino... I had a Pitt football shirt on and a guy stopped me and asked me for an autograph, he thought i was some LB from a few years ago... haha

Casey is good value for sure

.....:bandit:

I think I am going to add Prime next week to the mix.

Do it. I am. Now I can train harder with improved recoveries - probably add some lean mass too.:bandit:

Running multiple USP products is the shiz - they are all made to stack togther or run seperately.

Understood. Have you tried something like a pre/pro-biotic complex?

no i have no knowledge or experience with said products

We have found that individuals that face stomach issues with Anabolic-Pump often have very poor Gut/Stomach health. We recommend that you use a Invalid Link Removed to introduce healthy bacteria into your digestive system.

ive never had issues with my stomach. i can eat anything and everything under the sun, including the spiciest of foods/peppers. so im not 100% sure it was AP. it was mentioned that it could have been a stomach flu or something of that nature, but it felt like my back was going into spasm and wouldn't stop pushing.. ive been off the stack since the 8th and i think things are starting to even out again.. next week i will try and start with recreate again and if everything is ok i will try and work AP back in.

anyone have any other ideas

Question if my basle line for my bmr is 2000 calories roughly and i am looking to cut fat.. should hit that number just do cardio to cause a negative 500 cals?

In my opinion, I like to eat as much as I can and then use cardio and activity to lower the number. 1500 kCal is pretty low. What are your stats? I will double check them. Also, if it is a 500 kCal deficit per day, I would start with 100-200 for the first few days, slowly getting to the 500 kCal/day, 3500 kCal/week deficit.

Hey guys, i wanted to update...
I have dropped around 13-15lb in ~ two weeks. @ about 261-263
Six-Pack stack + NP green tea + USPowders SuperSAP + Troponin Carb Cycling + Sodium loading

New training video up - First day in new squat suit. Needs better fitment. I was having a hell of a time. Can't wait to see what the future brings for this!

Great progress, Borobulker! Keep it up!

iam 5'10 26yrs old and 192lb..i figured 1500 cals is way too low. about 13% -15%bodyfat ..and i have competed before and i know people have a misconspection on bodyfat all the time and always think they are lower than what they are..so i always round up

According to my calculator, your LBM is 163.2 lbs.

Maintenance @ Sedentary (0-1 training sessions per week) - 2368 kCal
Maintenance @ Light Exercise (1-3 training sessions per week) - 2713 kCal
Maintenance @ Moderate Exercise (3-5 training sessions per week) - 2558 kCal
Maintenance @ Very Active (6-7 training sessions per week) - 2904 kCal
Maintenance @ Extremely Active (14 training sessions per week) - 3249 kCal

This would give you a good start at your diet then, drop accordingly. IMHO, I would start here with a clean diet and solid training then slowly drop. No need to cut more calories than needed, especially right off the go. If you need any help with diet layout, please let one of us know.

Thanks buddy!

thanks man.. i workout 6days a week and due atleast 30mins cardio after i workout on the stepper or the summit trainer. I am curious what u think would be a good deit layout..i plan on competeing in october and would like to be much a head of the game .when it comes to the whole process. i am currently runing prime,ap,pf, jack3d

Yeah, lotta time to prepare, very cool..
With that activity level & supp support, I'd recommend starting @3k cals/day, spread out over 6 feedings, utilizing a 40/40/20 C-P-F split to start with.
So, you roughly have to distribute:
300g carbs
300g protein
70g fats (healthy! no trans-fats, keep sat fats lowered)
over these meals..

Now, a lot of this depends on when you are training, but I train in the AM between meals 1 & 2..

rough guideline:
#1 AP, 600 cals, higher C:P ratio, 10g fat
#2 AP, 550 cals, higher C:P ratio, very little (or no) fat [this is postworkout meal; carb portion is mix of quick/slow digesting]
#3 500 cals, even C:P ratio, 10g fat
#4 AP, 500 cals, higher P:C ratio, 10g fat
#5 500 cals, high P and lower C, 15g fat (usually a large portion of lean beef this meal)
#6 350 cals, high P, low (or no carbs), high fat (20g+) [coconut oil, natural PB, cottage cheese, and protein like Ultra Size or Monster Milk are my choices here] -- and, this meal should be @2hrs prior to bed imo.

Now this is illustrative, to get you a starting point. It's designed to build muscle, support your activity level, and - so long as you utilize good food choices - will also support fat-loss with the AP. This should "solid you up!" some..

Throughout prep, diet strategy is altered at various points; we utilize not only caloric drops but caloric shifts, hi & low carb days, etc. etc.

But this should get you going! :)

How many Anabolic-Pump capsules were you taking per day?

a little advice appreciated:

have rolled my ankle - Im going to be at least 3 weeks out of action as far as cardio is concerned.

As well as tightening up my diet - is switching to high rep (12-15-20) or additional sets on available exercises going to help compensate?

I am also trying to avoid stims for a bit, but at least maintain ReCreate due to it's low caffine content - sounds okay?

Thanks in Advance USP

Sorry to hear of your injury JKP, that sux dude. :bandaid:
Keep your activity level up as much as you can; if you haven't been running a hi-rep scheme, it might be beneficial to switch to that while you're mending.
Lower the rest periods. Run some supersets. Get your heart rate increase in these ways..
The important thing is to do some kind of activity you are capable of, w/o reinjuring yourself..
And DEF keep Recreate in play!
You can still burn fat while you're down bro! :)

Also, you may consider aquatic active recovery to remove stress from the impinged ligament, but still promote circulation in the area! Just remember your water-wings!

Thats great advice K...

indeed. Not to be confused with the brown wings, Wing Commander :bandit:

I had a SLAP tear [superior labrum anterior to posterior] several years prior, and utilized aquatic therapy heavily. I would use a heating pad for thirty-minutes prior to traveling to the gym, and subsequently train for thirty-minutes in the pool using a wide-range of movements. Hydrotherapy is able to combine the two most oft-recommended elements of therapy: both rest [...for the intended area...] and circulation improvement. The near weightlessness allows you to promote site-specific circulation, while removing the stress of normal body-weight. Let us know how it goes!

Kinda fell off the diet this week as i have been crazy busy (no excuse, i know) but, i did introduce USPlabs (Beta) Refresh into the mix. Started this morning, added 3 Refresh caps to my 2 caps of Recreate. Ill let you know how i feel.

Also, plan to dose DominATP later at the gym, drinking intra-workout for Dynamic Effort, Lower Body. ALWAYS could use more focus on DE days.

Yo mullet question if you're still on this thread....

So I've been reading all your posts about fasted training, and I wanna get it right. I wake up take ap, RC, pf, jacked, cla and prime, 20 min cardio, then 50 mins weight train all while taking a hefty amount of BCAA's, and not only will I recomp, but I'll also gain muscle correct, both is the goal? followed by another AP, PRime, multivitamin, and 100gcarb, and 48g protein and more BCAAs for before the meal as well.

Just a warning, Mullet is intra-finals week...

But, to me, your layout looks great. I see no issues.
