ATW's slow shipping?

How long does it usually take ATW to ship their products? I placed an order over a week ago and still have yet to receive a tracking number or conformation that my order has been shipped. I have collegiate nationals coming up and hope my products get here in time.
 
Same with me, order been done since a week and got nothing yet. I hope they get here fast because I might be leaving the country soon, didn't expect them to be that slow. Sigh.
 
I used to buy from ATW, but when I placed my last order with them back in October of last year, I was treated very rudely by a customer service rep. I vowed to never buy from them again and stuck with Optimum Nutrition until I saw this 20% discount. I guess, I am going to stick with ON after this. I'd rather pay the extra money for prompt shipping and good customer service.
 
Got my tracking numbers couple of hours ago.. finally.. hope all works out fine for u

Marc said ATW got 2,000 orders last week. I'm guessing they just dont have the staff to keep up
 
I used to experience this problem all the time and yes customer service is very rude. If I want ATW now, I just order it through NP where shipping is never a problem
 
I still haven't received a shipping notice either. I've recommended to some other friends to try ATW and now they are on my case about getting their protein. At the very minimum, we are due some kind of communication about why our order is being delayed. Afterall, the money was debited on the day of the order confirmation (3/11). I am out of protein and seriously considering switching suppliers.
 
I just called ATW and they said they had a problem with a shipment from their supplier and that's the cause of the delay in orders. but everything should be good soon.

I've always hated that practice but have come to expect it's the nature of the beast when dealing with internet sales, unfortunately.

I ordered something for my Nintendo DS from a company in Hong Kong and the thing didn't ship for 20 days. They claimed that it was because the Chinese New Year holiday caused delays. Well it sure as hell didn't delay them from taking my money!

I've come to just accept it...:tired:

We at ATW are very sorry for the delays in shipping. This is in fact the first time this year that we have been bogged down. As you know we have EXPLODED with popularity and have a few issues with freight coming in. We apologize for the inconvenience!!
