anyone? do u think dosing one of these would be sufficient or since its only 300mg would i have to dose 2 to cope with around 100g carbs?

Anyone? I'm puzzled I answered your question as you obviously don't know how to search, this is what I get for being nice. 300-400mg is an active dose depending on how many carbs your consuming.
