I need some help.....!!

First off i play football.
I take protein and cell tech creatine.
Right now i am in track which starts right after school.

Usually we lift from 3:15 to 4:00 and then we go run or do plyos or stairs or something like that. So i really don't feel like lifting afterwards because i'm sooo tired but i do anyways.

So my two questions are what type of lifts should i do to increase speed i'm not a big track person i'm only doing it for football....and my second is should i start taking my protein 3 times daily?

I usually only take it right after i work out and i'm already the strongest in my freshman class. I have been lifting since the middle of the 2008 summer and i'm repping 185x12 for bench and around 275x10 for squat and like 155-175x8 for cleans. If i did start taking it three times a day what type of gains should i expect??

I mean really id say work on quickness you got the exercises down for strength but maybe do speed ladders jump rope do explosive drills maybe if you dont already do them for football trust me all the speed drills will help a ton in football. Other then strength exercises for legs really you can increase speed,quickness, and jumping by doing drills like this

look around quickness helps a lot in football depending on your postion.

SQUAT Go heavy and keep the reps at 10 or below. That's the best thing you do.
Do olympic lifts like cleans and snatches too that will really improve your speed and help you a lot in football too.
