I agree bout BJ training man. Another MASSIVE prob i noticed was he is too friendly with his trainers. they all suck up to him instead of kicking his damn ass. he need to move to a camp where they dont tell him all day how great he is. He's get's WAY too much love from his camp and not enough discipline.

i have seen good fights really good knockouts but no all out wars. i have to say i havnt really been let down atleast on the free events they did a goodjob but yeah i buy 50% of the ufc's

I thought UFC 95 was actually really good...and free. The worst fight imo was probably the headliner of Sanchez vs Stevenson as it became very predictable after 1 1/2 rounds. The rest were all KO or subs.

lol - ya, well I did watch it on DVR and skipped the 50,000 commercials and needless blabbering from Goldie and Rogan. So in reality it only took me about 90 minutes to watch it.

I think Herb Dean is a really, really good ref. I got a bunch of crap for his stoppages, but when you review the tape and look into the eyes of the fighters, then you can see his rationale. I don't agree with all of his stoppages, but he gets the overwhelming majority of them right.

I know that im not standing in the ring with the guys either. I just dont know if a "vast majority" is the words i would necessarily choose tho. Ive seen some REAL questionable stops.

Of the hundreds, maybe thousands, of fights I have seen, I can recall only a handful of terrible, terrible stoppages and none of them have had Herb as the ref. He trains MMA, actually has a few fights under his belt as well, so he tends to err on the side of caution. Miragliotta is far, far worse.

For a great example of how good of a ref Herb is, the fight of reference is Mir/Sylvia. He caught a bunch of sh!t from Rogan and the crowd before the replays clearly showed that Sylvia's forearm was broken from Mir's armbar.

Mirgliotta is the worst by far. I've seen him raise the wrong guy's hand, poke Heath Herring in the eye, and be quite inconsistent with stoppages.
Also, there is that one newer, less known guy...can't remember his name, he apparently knows nothing about the ground game of MMA. He constantly says "do something....you gotta do something...." when they are on the ground. Then he stands people up after like 30 seconds on the ground. You gotta give the ground guys time to work.
