TEST E AND EQ----First cycle log

thanks man........well this is my first test cycle....i have only done orals like m1t, methyl-dien, and promagnon....this is my first injectable

well in those pics i was a welterweight...so i was about 165lbs...but you gotta think i was super dehydrated (lost about 8 pounds of water) and i was about 2.5% bodyfat
 
nice. im excited. i just started my first injectable cycle, that is very similar to this. (just test) ant advice for the first week????
 
you just have to be patient for the results to kick in. it took me about 4-5 weeks for the gains (enthanate). just keep your diet in check and be consistant at the gym

No offense but that is something you should already know before starting a cycle.

Hold on here... You can take that post 2 different ways... Maybe he was asking how often roid injects... Or maybe he was asking how often should he inject... Some people have done 250mg once a week for first time (one injection)... I'm doing 500mg a week for my first time (250mg Monday & 250mg Friday)..... Maybe he can clear up what question he was asking..... Oh, and I like your avatar very much Hman.
 
im doin 500mg a week. i was seein what he was doin. i didnt just start without doin my research. thanx for your helpful advice tho
 
day 70: weight 211lbs

well guys, iam sick once again....head cold.....but dont worry, i still have my appatite! lol

training is going alright. no strength increases and still cant get to my top weight (but o well, im still at my max strength)

i think my lowered weight is due to my house having no kitchen right now haha....my kitchen is getting redone so im just relieing on my trusty microwave and canned ****......pretty much all im living on right now is instant white rice, canned tuna, protein shakes (2 per day max), cottage cheese, yogurt, and oatmeal....then some takeout once in a while.......when i had my full kitchen i was cooking alot of red meat so that is obviously was getting my weight up there and now that i have pretty much cut it out of my diet, i lost some weight......but the kitchen is going to be done in a few days. so ill be on the red meat soon enough guys.

im going to go and train legs in a couple of hours. im not going hard due to my sickness so im going to rep out light weights (lets say squats: 225 x 20)..just stuff like that....get that blood in there and get a sweet pump.
 
day 72: 210 lbs

kitchen is just about ready so i can eat like a horse again!

sickness is just about gone, just a cough.

just got back from training back...it was a good workout. i switched up some excerises and got a wicked painful pump in my lats! going to try this workout for a while and see how it goes.

The equipoise has really shown its vascularity effects on me and my friend....im deff loving the EQ for this effect!

now iam getting close to the end of the cycle and i have 3 choices.......

1) end the cycle with 4 weeks of cyclotren (19-nor) to harden up the gains and squeeze some more gains out of this cycle.

2)up the dose of my test to 750mg/week (but it will cut my cycle a little shorter) because i think im pretty maxed out on the gains from the test.

3) or just continue the cycle like my original plan.

what do you guys think i should do? im kinda leaning toward the cyclotren because i heard some good things (other friend is on it and he has gained 10 pounds of dry muscle in about 3 weeks) and it should harden up some gains i got.

opinions?

over the cold now and im getting my diet back on track, so dont be suprised when my weight goes up 5 pounds or so :)

one big problem is happening tho guys, i cant get it up for more then 20 mins during sex. if it is up, it will be at 80% "stiff" lol.....who knows what is happening, maybe it was the sickness i got? i dunno, but it pisses me off, i tried twice this week and no dice....couldent finish if my life depended on it lol......any guys with some answers? also, i got a few tabs of 20mg levitra, so maybe ill try one of those in the future.

training is stuck at the same weights...my friend who is on the same cycle is getting some good gains right now, gaining 2-3 reps on some excersises a week....but im just the same strength...gotta get this diet happening guys! cyclotren?.........

Yeah I had issues at times also with getting it up all the way and finishing. It seems to be hit and miss, sometimes it is fine, other times not so much. And I really noticed it towards the end of the cycle, in the begining and in the middle I was walking around with a hard on, I think the body becomes used to having the excess test in it, anyway pop a cialis or just wait a few days, either way after your pct you should be back to norm.
 
thanks for the help MSE.....your right about walk around with a hard on through the beggining and the middle of the cycle, i had the same thing..now its near the end and im no man anymore lol.....

well im the same weight so far....im still working at the night club every friday and sat night from 10-3am. so all i live off when im there is 4 myoplex lights and 2 cliff bars...all of that consists of 100g of protein, and 160g of carbs, witch is not bad for 5 hours of work..just i hate all the liquid protein, its against my rules lol.

im going to train legs tommorow due to my friend being busy today so i dont have a training partner (sucks with no spotter for legs)....
 
First cycle should be 500mg of test anything only for 12 weeks . This way you know how your body will react to the test .

Just my 2 cents .

i trained legs yesterday and what a workout it was! i really switched it up this time..so i started off with some kind of heavy leg extensions to pre-exhaust my quads(5 sets of 10-12 reps) then i headed over to do some walking dumbell lunges. i worked my self up to walking with a pair of 100lb bells (failed near the end, so i took a 3 second break and kept on going). after that set i think my ass was going to expload!...after the lunges i then hit up some squats (i was so fatigued, i could only get up to a plate and a 25 for 12 reps)..so after that i was soo dead i headed it home lol....

going to rep out some back today and see if i cant break my PR on deadlift, im not as heavy as before but we will see what happens.

cycle is coming to an end pretty close here.....what do you guys thnk on the cyclotren idea? or bump up my test to 750mg/week?

I usually agree with this 100%, however EQ is pretty mild as far as sides, in fact VERY mild.

I don't really like bumping up the dose during a cycle, especially towards the end. I did it with EQ going from 400/wk to 600/wk, however I still had 8 weeks on so it was early enough to really have an advantage. Stick with your plan, I know it becomes really tempting to bump, add, stay on, but in the long run sticking to your original plan is the best route. You have made some good gains so no need to try and push more, just start planning for your next one.
 
ya thats the reason why i added in the EQ. its very mild and give me some extra gains in the cycle.

ya i think i might just take the safe route at the end of the cycle and stick with my original plan...i can still get my weight back up to 217 in 3 weeks with all this red meat im having now....

i think the reason why i wanted to add in a other compound or bump up my dose is because i lost all that weight from being sick and not having much red meat in my diet and i just wanted to get back up there, weight wise....but hey about 3 more weeks maybe another month left.
 
sounds pretty good. Maybe clomid and novaldex for the pct, but I have heard of nolva only and people get good results
