Plan for 2009!

Hello everyone, I`ll post my recovery plan for this year, waiting for your opinions.
I am 30yr old, work out about 8yrs
67,7inch, 190lbs, about 25% fat

Abstract:
9yrs ago I was in my worst phase, with 211lbs, something about 35% fat. I`ve started I “body trasnformation” , work out, jiu-jitsu, aero... and after some time, I went to 156lbs – losting something around 35kgs of fat mass. Everething just based on diet and aero/cardio exercises.I became to 11% fat.
Then, I iniciate a hipertrofic phase, starting with exercises, good hipeprot diet, then suppliments and after 4yrs 3 AAS cycles (one by year) getting about 10kgs of muscle gain. After that, I use to maintain my gains, with creatine, and exercises, without AAS.
In 2008 I`ve relaxed, because some life changes, injures, job… well, I became to 25% fat, 7 months without gym and I intend to recover some gains baesd on a plan I developed:

Recovery plan along 2009:
Idea: lose about 25lbs in 6 months (because 25lbs of fat = 90Mkcal, reducing and losing 500kcal/dia I will need 6 moths for a good fat lost and well diet reformulation, avoiding going and coming back fat gain). Then: muscle hipertrofy.

February: aero + light musc exercises (avoid new injures) + hipocal diet
Marc: heavier aero + ligh muscle exer + hydroxycut + hipocal diet
April: intese aero + maintaince work out + hydroxy + eca before gym + hipocal diet
May: intese aero + work out + hydroxy + eca before gym + ecdyosterones + hipocal diet
Jun: lighter aero + begginnig hipertrofy + ecdyosterones + hipocal diet
July: aero + work out + ecdyos + creatine + hipocal diet
Aug: aero maintenc + work out + creatine + NO + hiperproteic diet
Septem: aero maint + heavy hipertrof work out + creat + NO + superdrol or dymethazine and then oxa + primo + hiperprot diet
Out: aero maint + heavy hipertrof work out + creat + NO + oxa + primo (and/or trenb) + hiperprot diet
Novem: aero + hipertrof maint + creat + TPC + hiperprot diet
Dec: aero + hiper maint + hydroxycut and/or eca + creat + hiperprot diet

So what?
 
For those who could be interested - log
As planned: work out 5 to 7 times/wk - aero and muscle light exerc
diet: hipocal
supp: none
gains/lost: muscle volume higher (possible muscle memo) and lost about: 8,8lbs

edit: i reread and saw u want to run superdrol, var and primo in september. this correct?

yes, but I am thinking to change to oxa vs primo only, maybe trenb in the end.
I could chance ox by dymeth, but for my pourposes I believe oxa will be better
 
what is ur past cycle history? what is ur goal for that month?

Well, I believe it is clear in my "abstract", posted before, but for this month my goals are exactly what I am getting, fat loss, muscle maintain, and fitness, to improve my cardio condicion.
Because I am re-starting, I think it is not time to "pick" anything...

Well, just posting the month log:
loss of about 15lbs, free of any addict (except by cofe, that's something we are used to drink a lot here in Brasi)
A very good improve in my "cardio" condiotions - started running 2min. at 8km/h, now I can run 20min., in 9km/h or 15min between 9 an 10km/h
Best body aspect, a little muscle increase (muscle memory probably)
Now I am starting Lipo 6x, Next month i post new log. I've changed the original plan, that I would use HH for lipo 6x
