I currently run a 4300 cal, 335 grams of protein, 520 carbs, and under 100 grams of fat diet. My supps right now are cell-tech, animak pak, and whey. I am 6'1 210 lbs, hit 225 for 21 reps on bench. Just looking to add about 10 solid lbs of LBM but my body seems to resist gaining that last bit of size. Suggestions?
