Looking for the best support supplement....

I currently run a 4300 cal, 335 grams of protein, 520 carbs, and under 100 grams of fat diet. My supps right now are cell-tech, animak pak, and whey. I am 6'1 210 lbs, hit 225 for 21 reps on bench. Just looking to add about 10 solid lbs of LBM but my body seems to resist gaining that last bit of size. Suggestions?

ur gonna need more fat in ur diet. and try usp labs prime it's expensive but i liked it a lot and if ur not gaining at 4300 cals u need more. how fast are u looking to gain this 10lbs?
 
I'm not looking to gain it all in a day, I'm realistic. I would like to have gained 10 lbs. within 2 months though. I don't want to add any fat to my diet. I hear USP labs has good stuff but honestly IMO I think that stuff is all placebo.

it's just that they're herbal products and don't work for everybody. and 10lbs in 2 months with no fat without being on roids would be close to impossible i would think. why don't u want to add more fat? eating more wont make u get fatter.

Yeah, explain the reason you don't want to add more healthy fats to your diet...?
 
u do know that you need fat and cholesterol to produce testosterone and adding some of each would help you hit your goals easier.
 
Also, one needs healthy fats for heart health and joint lubrication. There are so many health benefits, why NOT want to consume more of them?
 
Yeah, I'd say add more peanut butter, fish oils, sesame oils, peanuts, eggs, red meat, etc.

Finally. I was hoping somebody mentioned this supplement. OR at LEAST a Muschletech product. They're the best, aren't they??? I heard you don't even have to eat if you take their products.
